I have to ask. What's some of the reactions you get from guys when you're doing your locker room selfies?
 
Monte always has his pants around his ankles. Lol. Looking great sir. legs definately put on alot of size.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates.

2 days before the pics 2 days ago I loaded some carbs. Nothing big just 400g from mostly fruit and grain bars since they digest pretty easily. Woke up much tighter and scale didn't budge. That day I added in another 300g. Tighter but scale went up.

Trained and got the back pics with much more fullness and separation then previously so I was on the right track. Next day was the leg of right out of bed, 3 days without training legs and leg separation was very good.

So it was a bit of a test run.

Yesterday and today I did the same. Its probably too early but, just gonna see.

I have a new date picked for the show but I have to be sure I can get the dates off for work since it's very busy that time of year. Fingers crossed.

Most of the time none. I'll usually still have my ear buds in so nobody says anything.

Once in a while I'll get a "you're looking good"
 
Yesterday was upper loading. Gym was packed so I couldn't do some of my scheduled lifts but I still got some good work in.

Upper loading -
High Row - 190*9, 7
T bar row - 4 plates x 7 2 drop sets to failure
Incline hammer (25's on handles) - 410*5 (lost a rep) 360*6, 2 drop sets to failure
DB Shoulder Press - 90*10, 7
Dip Machine - 320*9, 6
 
Water went away. Inch by inch were getting better.

Getting to that point where I'm a grumpy, hungry sleepy fucker.
