Should You Worry About High LDL Levels?

I just came across this and wanted to share with you guys to see if you had anything to add. (ex. Iron levels, antioxidants, Blood Donations etc etc) I believe this type of information can allow us (or me at least) to do what we love with minimal risk.

LDL levels over 130 is dyslipidema and is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
Whenever you hear "dont listen to doctors " on the internet you are always dealing with an idiot.

There are some references at the bottom of the page but I see no credentials for him so yeh it could be a bunch of BS it does sound kinda crazy. LDL has been a big marketing point for statins that have been proven to lower Heart Attack and Stroke risk.

My endo told me my 250 estradiol was fine and that my "steroid articles" (medical journal) was wrong when it said "high estrogen in men is bad and can cause high BP, impotence etc"

Sometimes "dont listen to doctors" is legit LOL
