Puretropin log

IML Gear Cream!
Have you thought about maybe taking in an extra half gallon? Might help with that water retention...... More water in means more water out.

I'm sure that's part of the problem. I took a week off work to get some things done around the house and it was in the mid 90s and very humid all week. I literally sweated my ass off so I'm sure I'm very dehydrated. I always have a hard time getting the necessary amount of water in.

One more thing..... Your comment about the fats and insulin.

Fats won't be stored just from the insulin...... Pretty common thinking but isn't right.

Well that's good to hear. I'll be sure to remain consistent with my fat intake regardless of it being around the insulin. I read not to take in fats around your insulin injections on someone's insulin protocol somewhere...can't remember if it was Mike Arnold's or someone else's.

The extra water seems to help with my arms going to sleep at night. It's not only the water retention that leads to that though, it's also just inflammation of the joints.

On the fats and insulin... If I were to critique, which I hope you don't mind, keep the fats out like you mentioned but, keep that carb source the same pre with oats.

Like I said, insulin isn't gonna take fats and store them, it's gonna take EVERYTHING. So, too many calories period will lead to the fat gain. Something like cream of rice would pair well with the nut butter but, I would still stick with the oats.

There have been a lot of well know coaches, skip hill being one, and he produces tons of shredded physiques using insulin only on loading days where fats can be very high, who say fats around insulin don't really matter its just overall calories and I saw this testing it out with myself.

I personally just felt that instead of keeping fats in there, I felt fuller by increasing the carbs to compensate for removing.

And damn it, I've broken my own rules about talking on insulin lol. Damn you!

Not at all. I appreciate your feedback.

I know. I think the same thing when I'm writing out my protocol, but at least we're helping to educate. Insulin should definitely be respected, but as long as one follows the protocol, times everything correctly, and EATs, it's not as scary as I once thought it was. With that said, I don't think the average gym rat should consider using insulin. It's just not worth the potential risks, and more than likely your goals CAN BE MET without it.

Agree on more water, you are a big boy and I'm sure you are expelling more than you are putting in. 1.5 gallons daily

Touavreg8 and Monte, You both compete right? Would you both say that messing around with insulin and higher doses of GH are really more for competitors and moderate dose to low dose GH for those over 40?

Yeah.

I don't see much of any reason for someone who isn't focused on growing a lot to go above 2-3iu of gh Ed.

Sides go up. Cost goes up.

And at an older age, even small doses will be very pronounced compared to if you were younger.

3iu M-F or 3iu eod after 2 weeks of every day dosing. Those are the doses and frequency I would suggest.

I agree with Monte, above. 2-3ius per day for anti-aging benefits for men, and 1-2ius per day for women.

Yes, I feel that insulin use, as well as higher doses of HGH, should be left for the competitors who are trying to take their physique to the next level. There are just too many risks involved in regard to insulin and high doses of HGH for the average person whose just trying to improve their physique.

How many IU's of hgh would you suggest to someone trying to take they're body to the next level however not willing to completely through health away.

Are 3 to 4 IUs ED worth it to build muscle? Or is it only worth in the 8 to 15 IU a day range?

Typically 5-7ius per day to get into the muscle building aspect of HGH, while erring on the conservative side. 10ius plus and your dabbling in the IFBB Pro neighborhood.

I’ve been on 2ius every day for 3 weeks.. my joints were hurting .. now it’s subsiding.. gonna up it to 4ius next week.. would 5 on 2off be sufficient?? Or should I wait another 2 more weeks after doing 4ius a day to do 5 on 2 off??

You'd be just fine switching to 5 on/2 off at this point.

Just wanted to check in since I haven't updated in a few days. Still using 5ius of Puretropin first thing in the morning. Sides are still the same and very mild, swelling in my hands and tingling in my fingers. My body weight is all over the place, just when I think I'm starting an upward trend, I lose 2-3 lbs. Today I woke up at 233lbs. I attribute the fluctuation to working outside around my house in the 90 degree heat and losing water weight. I seem to be sweating a hell of a lot more on the masteron as well. I've been doing my best to take in additional water. Can't wait until fall. My training has been great and the pump in the gym is awesome. Insulin use has been uneventful. I've been running 13ius pre-workout without incident. I will say I felt a little hypo the other night and ironically that was the first night where I had potato, instead of rice or oats, for my pre-workout meal. No more potatoes around my insulin use. My blood pressure has been running 150s/90s so I started taking benazepril (10mg) yesterday to get it under control. My diet has been very clean and I haven't had a good ole cheat meal in awhile, so today after the gym (arm day) I'm going to hit Five Guys and get a triple cheeseburger and fries loaded with malt vinegar and ketchup. ;) Tomorrow I'll probably wake up swelled up like a tick.

Has anyone experienced any of the numbness in hands side effect? Ive upped my dose to 5iu daily and have been there for 2 months but no sign of that, or water retention. Does it not affect everyone?

Yes, I have numbness/tingling in my finger tips at 5ius per day. Based on the feedback that I've read over the years the sides of HGH may vary from person to person. Some may see sides at 2-3ius per day while others may see nothing at much higher doses. Just because you're not experiencing sides doesn't mean anything.

yea not complaining, the blood tests show its quality GH, just suprised as a friend is running same product with me and he had to go down from 3iu due to numbness.

The benazepril and Cialis have done wonders for my blood pressure. I've been running around 125/70 the past few days. The only drawback is that the benazepril has been making me very tired.

Not seeing anything new to report in regard to the HGH. Daily dose has been 5ius first thing in the morning. Body weight has been the the same, and sides are still about the same. I have been noticing a little tingling in my toes which kind of caught me by surprise, but after a few minutes of research I found this to be a normal HGH side. The tingling in my toes has been intermittent and not constant like in my fingers.

Do you have any good pictures from the start of the experiment to compare with later on?

I don't. The lighting sucks in my house. The only mirror I have where I can get a full body shot has a window on the opposite wall so everything is backlit. I'll try to get a relaxed full body shot the next time at the gym.

I would suggest figuring that situation out.

Those weekly pics will tell you a lot about how you're really progressing.

I save every pic I take or a client sends. A few weeks down the road I'll collage them and make comparisons and that's probably the best motivation you can get.

It really is. Makes a big difference when you can see it side by side

get a triipod for your camera and take them in your pack yard or have your wife do it. Id get the tripod.. The wife makes me feel like a fool.

I'll set up my phone in the same spot and video myself. Go back and take screen shots of the video.

Easiest way imo

I think it's most important because we have such a distorted view of ourselves....
