Not sure about the weather change being in hot and cold but night sweats were ridiculous last night usually wake up 4/5 times to pee but it seemed like just constant waking up so not the best of rest

3 gallons of water alkaline

Legs will be the workout I will post once I receive it no salt no condiments on food so a lot less then I have been esting
