Hi everyone!
I am new here and totally new to the anabolic, steroids and bodybuilding. My body type is an ectomorph. So it is very hard to me to get weight and muscle mass. What could you recommend to me in my situation? :)
 
Welcome.... Proper training and especially eating is most important.
 
Welcome to ASF.. Don't forget to sign up at our big brother site.. IMF..

I recommend you do a ton of research.. ask a lot of questions.. and put together a solid game plan if you wish to succeed.
