This is exercise induced hypo.. If fact for a non diabetic is seems and feels just what the real deal is like, even for those that habe hypo issues, you're feeling what they feel... the body can induce a false sense of hypo from excerise.. Its real for some, and just a false inducation for others.. You gotta get a better pre-workout meal in man.. what I do is a fat thick as natty PBJ sandwich, I mean a messy mofo, the fats/oils/carbs really help me and it hinders it.. But I have hypo issues anyhow my father was a juivinial dietetic (passed away), my mother is NOW on slin for the past 6 years.. its in my genes man.. but if your BS levels on the blood strip state that your within range but you feel like ass, its merely a false indication.. GHRP6 for an example make people feel this way, and I tested it a few times, I felt like I was gonna pass out.. My blood was a 90.. I was FINE... after reading studies, its cited that it will cause false sense of hypo, not that this is your cause with GHRP6, but im merely giving an example on how many different types of instances can duplicate the same mechanism of action..
My suggestion, something heavier far as REAL food pre-out, skip the sup drinks and rock fuel drinks, and use FOOD and take it from there...
let us know how you make out my dude, all the best to you and hope you feel better!
