There is no best diet.
Diets are tools you use to achieve your goals.
That being said, IF is a great tool if you can get enough energy from it to support your daily needs.
 
I agree with Oldschool. No specific diet works great for everyone. Everyone seems to achieve results in different ways. Like myself, I personally don’t do great with fasting because I don’t have the energy to burn when hitting the gym. Some people eat 5 to 8 times a day and drop fat and build muscle. I personally only eat one time per day ( and it’s always clean ). And I typically eat late in the day to avoid night hunger ( which for me was always the worst ) This allows me to drop excess body fat and I still have the energy to burn when hitting the weights. I say to each their own. Try different things and find what your body does the best with and go with it. As long as your getting enough nutrients and vitamins to stay tip top. Good luck
