Looking for a little help dialing in a cut cycle. Sitting around 222 goal is 180s. Was looking great till I hurt wrist real bad and fell off the horse. Diet and training is back on point. Goal is about 1 lbs a week loss so I figure I about 40 weeks out give or take. I could run a 12 week blast probably cruise for 12 then finish off with another blast or cut to say 200 on trt dose them blast to finish line. I have only ran a test blast and a trt+eq at this point. So not really looking to blast heavy amounts. Looking for opinions on cycle and start now or wait till 200lbs or so. I know diet and cardio are most important focus. Here's a couple options I had thrown at me.
1. 500mg test with 50mg var last 6 weeks
2. 500mg test with around 150 tren ace a week. Small amount but kinda get dick wet and possibly work up.
3.300 test/350 tren/600eq was a recommendation but that much tren kinda scares me.
Kinda second guessing tren all together as I play soccer weekly and can't afford cardio to take a hit.
What you guys think again I a noob so no crazy dosages.
