So waiting to hear back from Sherk to start my phase 2 training and diet changes. Things seem to be going well. Everyone on here has said they see changes. As always I say no. July 4th is around the corner and I have to step it it if I want to be where I want to be. I am getting stronger in the gym which is great but the weight just seems to be moving around and scale not so much.
Shoulders:
side raises 3x20
Db press 3x20
Front raises 3x15
side raises leaning 3x15
burnout set front,side rear fly 15 reps
stairmaster 20 min
always walking Charlie which is great. Been hitting the sauna a little but more as well. Lets get this in high gear.
