From where I'm standing, I'm definitely seeing some leaning out around the mid section and arms. Biceps seem to be fuller and more define. But maybe we should get some more opinions from the fans? What do you guys think?

Id say most definitely leaning out. Subtle but noticable. Eyeguy, skullz,younguys see yourself everyday so those slight changes you won't notice. But we do with the weekly updates trust me.

Stil thinking eyeguy has this one won though, get him his oils, sheesh!

thanks for stopping by. As you stated that we see ourself everyday and hard to judge. That is why the weekly pics are great then to have a comparison we are also the hardest on ourselves as well. Thanks for stopping by

I know I know lol. Had a small issue with the shipping but it's all been corrected and his goodies are on the way. This contest is about to get HEATED.

Sorry for the delay here is the past few days at the gym. Things going well. Updates on sunday. Maybe some changes since it has been 4 weeks. Lets see what Sherk says.

Wednesday
Cardio in the am and pm

Thursday
back
upright rows 4x15
close grip pulldowns 3x20
bent over rows 3x20
DB row 3x15
pulldowns 4x25
rack pulls 3x20
stairmaster 20 mins

Always walking Charlie 20-30 mins. Arm day is still insane. Back day is my favorite day in the gym. Hubby is shoulders. Thanks for stopping by and following along.

Eyeguy is also looking great and I expect to see great changes in his physique over the course of this transformation. But I’m not the least bit worried for Skullz722. I have all the confidence in the world in her to get the work done. Phase two of her program is coming. He’s going to have a new wife by the end

Sorry for the big delay. Mother’s Day was Sunday and kids came out for surprise visit for a few days. Still hit the normal workouts as prescribed and the cardio. Still walked Charlie as usual and other cardio sessions as well. Went to zoo on Sunday 13,000 steps while there in 95 degree weather. Crazy. Pics later on. I am still on prednisone which sucks adding water and bloating. Grrrrr. Phase 2 coming soon from Sherk. Time to kick up a notch. Thanks for following
