Hello brothers and sisters on Iron. Another day in the books. Thank you for following along this contest. Things are going really good so far. Losing some weight will post new pics on sunday for the both of us. Diet and training going awesome. The workouts are nothing like i have done before. With cleaning up the diet I feel the weight will come off pretty quickly for a bit then stall. But that is why I have Sherk helping me. Yesterday was cardio in the am and pm. Today was back an cardio

Seated upright rows 4x15
Close grip pulldowns 3x20
Bent over rows 3x20
DB row 3x15
Pull downs 4x25
Rack Pulls 3x30
Stair master 20 mins. Also walked Charlie 30 mins. She is getting in better shape as well. Lol
 
Updated pics will be tomorrow. Yesterday was chest. Today cardio twice once in am and then pm.

always walking the dog 25 mins yesterday was around 100 degrees here
 
Weekly check in. These pics were taken this am. Then we went to the gym. I am down 3.1lbs and he is down 2.5. he is still waiting on stuff but has cleaned up diet. I hate him :( Sent pics to Sherk. Don’t think going to change anything yet. another leg day in the books. This is a crazy workout. Charlie will have to wait to much later for her walk. Lol

Tell me about it. Those hormones start to go all funky and nothing heals right anymore. But y'all are working hard, and hard work beats middle age ;)

So today was shoulders. This is my favorite day in the gym. walked the puppy 25 mins today. Was a little cooler tonight.
Side laterals 3x20
DB press 3x20
Rear BB smith machine press 3x20
front DB raises 3x15
side laterals leaning 3x15
burnout set: front raises/side raises/reverse pec dec 15 reps
stair master 20 min
another day in the books. It is like 64 days to the wedding. hopefully the shreds begin. We know it takes time. As long as leaner each week we will be happy. I know I don’t really have a goal weight wife doesn’t really either. Just want the shreds. Then after the wedding LEAN GAINS will be on!!!

But that's why well all supplement though isn't it? Natural hormones don't matter when you're replacing them :)
 
Arm day. Every guys favaorite day. Even thought hubby loves shoulder day. No changes in anything yet. Diet going well. Training going well. Nothing to report with any of the products yet. Hopefully in another week or so. Update pics again on sunday. Walked Charlie as usual 30 mins today. It was pretty nice out.
All sets are 3x15-25 reps. In the beginning closer to 25 but by the end more like 15 :(
skull crushers ss with hammer curls
rope push downs ss DB curls
push down ss bb curls
kick backs ss ez bar curls
treadmill 20 mins HITT

arms felt great. I just need them to lean out.

So sent info into Sherk and no changes yet. I have been on prednisone this week high dose so a little bloated and water weight which he said is normal. So don’t judge me to bad on the pics. Gym diet and rest going well. Yesterday was legs. Today is shoulders and I will update that later here are the pics of the two of us and yesterday workout

Squats 5x20
leg curls 5x20
Goblet squats 3x12
stiff leg dead’s 5x20
leg ext 4x20
20 min sauna
Charlie walked as usual later at night yesterday since it was 106 during the day and when we walked her at 9pm it still was around 90. Thanks for following along. Hopefully get the weight back to normal after this week without the prednisone and maybe some more sauna time.
