Anxiety? Do you self treat it?

    Thereís a ton going on right now. Deciding whether to apply for a higher job within my company (lots of crazy shit happens if I do), being a dad with custody and raising a teen daughter, horrible sleep, trouble falling to sleep, social anxiety out of nowhere, heart palps, fluttering in my chest, etc... I saw a therapist recently but only went 3 times and I felt better, but I guess it didnít last.

    As everyone has said Kratom. I use any of the red veins. Will worn you if nobody has mentioned start off slow. Take too much and you will feel nauseous for a couple hours. take 2g and 10-15 min later itís like magic and anxiety is gone. I have to take it every 5-6 hours even wake up at night with the same feeling you describe in your chest. Itís sucks the life out of me canít think or sleep and itís right in my chest. Only other thing that fixes it for me are benzos and opiates a bad road I never want again. If I go to the dr thatís all they wanna put me on. Mention Kratom and they go nuts. Drs are nothing but legal fucking drug dealers lately it seems. If there is no money in it for them they are against it.

    Hope Kratom helps you bro anxiety is a no fun at all.

    CDP
    Ashwagandha
    Vitamin D3
    B12
    Omega 3s

    All have helped me when trying to avoid benzos.



    Kratom never helped anxiety for me, just made me feel like I was on a lortab. But when it wore off I was right back where I started, similar to benzos in that it doesn't treat the problem.

    Whatís your dosage of each of the above.

    Iím open to anything. So far only Kratom has helped me with no sides unless I take to much. My issues are from years of opioids. Been off for 3 months and better except anxiety which I never had before opioids.

    Yellow or red vein Kratom would be a perfect fit.

    Kratom does attach to the opiate receptor and it's a similar response but different.......

    Just the recommended dosages for the most part. CDP 600mg, omega 3s 4-5g, D3+K2 5000iu, B12 I do a 100iu injection once a week.

    Not saying these will directly help but can in one way or another. Ashwagandha and Magnesium will have the most noticeable effects on anxiety.

    Doctor visit... anything with chest/heart... maybe anxiety, maybe CVD symptoms. Only one way to find out.
