Hey guys here is the situation : on the 2 february i broke my left ankle while working as a security guard up the swiss alps . This is what it looked minutes after the fall
Had a cast for 6 weeks then started physiotherapy and very light training1 week after that . Yesterday afternoon i went to the specialist for a check . X-rays look good BUT the ankle is still a bit swollen so this is told me to do
No leg exercise for 4 weeks , only static bike
No standing upperbody exercises
Apply ice 2x3 times ed
This is how my ankle looks now
Under these conditions i'm forced to quit the contest as i wouldn't be able to give 100% as i wanted to .
