I repeated the conditioning workout from last week. Made it 19 minutes instead of 13 like last week.

Been working around a strained left lat so I hit biceps, calfs and forearms after getting crushed by the earlier workout.

I haven’t weighed myself in a bit, but the mirror says I’m getting leaner.
 
Had a good leg day today.

Hit Box Squats 5 x 7 @ 245.
Banded Good Mornings
Bulgarian Split Squats
Hamstring Curls

Then I knocked out some Abs and called it a day.

In a vacuum is hard to see the change but side by side I can see the difference.

More or less I'm down 10 pounds. I'll try and get some side by side's posted.

I feel like I'm picking up steam. I've got some nagging injuries, but the illness and cancer are more or less in the past.

Phill is a MONSTER and I'm just trying to not embarrass myself.

Definitely ate my heart out yesterday while visiting my Mom and then my wife’s Mom. Double Mother’s Day feasts.

Back on the train today.
 
Had a good old-school soul crushing Crossfit workout today. 40 minutes of hell, crimony.

Eating is back on track.

Workouts have been solid and strong over the past several days. Just gotta keep eating right. The scale says I've gained a few, but I'm just ignoring it and putting my nose to the grindstone.

Keep on keepin' on.
 
Had a good classic Crossfit workout this morning.

"Kelly"

5 Rounds for time:

400 meter run
30 box jumps 24"
30 wall balls 20 lbs

Took me just shy of 28 minutes, which is slow, but Tren will do that to ya.


I was hoping to knock out a chest routine after the workout but my body objected. After a nap, some food and a little recovery I'll just do a gazillion pushups at home to get something​ done.
 
On Saturday I completely demolished my legs. Im still wobbling around.

Sunday I banged away at chest and triceps.

Training has been going well.
 
Today was 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 of

Rope climbs
Clean and Jerks at 145, 165, 185, 205 and 225 respectively.

9:41 felt pretty good about it.

I ran some hills and did a little extra back and bi’s work.
 
Training continues to be strong and focused.

The scale isn’t going the way I want it to, but the mirror is agreeing with my work.

All I can do is keep working.

Jesus I am out of shape.
 
Hit the treadmill today for the first time in a bit. (Foot injury has slowed me down the past couple months)

Wanted to leave something in the tank for tomorrow’s Memorial Day workout.

fuck 734 kcal...it's really good!!
my super-fitwatch, considering that in this period I have very low beats (50 bpm at rest), when I train for an hour, it gives me 150-200 kcal consumed.
keep it up and do not give up, still the last two weeks.

Ugh. I woke up feeling sick today. Hoping it’s short lived.
 
Still feeling pretty wiped out (I think it’s some gnarly hay-fever) but I was able to knock out some core and hit the treadmill for another walk.

Had a nice date night with my Wife yesterday. Nice dinner out, mani-pedi and a scoop of ice cream as we wandered around.

Today on the other hand I’ve got a 15k timed ruck. Yay....? Gotta show the kids how it’s done.
