Here are the results on MP test e 300 looks to be properly dosed. Least I can do to help fix damages done to both Magnum Pharma and DS!!

Blood analysis said underdosed but mass spec says properly dosed?

Exactly!! On the R200 bloods didn't reflect proper dosing. The test 300 I just went ahead and tested as well while I was at it and spot on dosing as well. To sum it up my bloods were fucked up somehow...but Magnum Pharma and DS are solid after further testing.
