TruLabs TNE AND WINNY

I may have missed it Dreal but I'm assuming you are gonna drink some as I don't think you received tabs this go round. I'm really curious what absorption using that method is like...will be looking forward to the results if that's the case. I know it's not uncommon but really curious about it that method. Keep at it big guy!!

If I’m not mistaking it’s oil based winny. I think you can only drink water based but I may be wrong.

No I have have a stock of tabs . It is oil based so u are correct about the minimal absorption. Plus it prob tastes God awful

U CAN drink both but it would be an absolute disgusting taste I'd imagine. So the water base would in such case be more if at all desirable. I am using the oral winny I have on hand.

Leg curls 6 x16

Squats 8 x10 pyramid up then back down last set was till absolute failure .

Extension 5x 12

Lunges width of the gym 2xs and back holding 50 pound dbs

Good girl/bad girls 3 x 20

Finished w preacher curls and tricep pushdowns 3 sets of 10 for both movements just to stimulate.

Push day chest

Yesterday I took a rest I really pushed myself on legs day and needed the rest.

I'll post my routine a bit later.

NPP 100mg

Hgh 5iu split into two doses

TNE 100mg pre w/o

Tadalafil 30mg

I started some mast p yesterday @100mg

I also took my shot of test yesterday
Cypionate 250mg

1st meal is as usual 10 egg whites 4whole eggs w a handful of raw spinach and 2 cups oats w Stevia and cinnamon

I will also post the other 5 meals one of which is my post w/o whey and maltodextrin shake.

PecDec single arm movement high focus on contractions 3 × 14

Incline bb pyramid up 6 sets 14-10 reps and a final set burn out pyramid down till failure

Incline db flys heavy and with full stretch from beginning to contraction at completion. 4 sets 14-10reps

Seated flat press machine 4 x 12

Pullovers db 5 x12 slow full stretch and complete contraction

Dip machine 4 x 10 ss body weight dips till failure

Tricep Rope push and sweep standing cable machine 4 x 20

Cable flies 4 sets for upper chest and 5 sets for full chest

Preacher curls 3 x 20 single arms ss w both arms

Cardio 2nite

10 oz sirloin
8 oz white potatoes
1cup broccoli

Fiber mixed in water before bed.

Took a rest day yesterday but I did start the tren ace @ 50mg ,I've had a way better response w lower doses of npp this run so now I'm gunna see ow the tren will treat me . My ast runs have got up to a gram of ace ,and all the while abusing the fugg outta tren base. I had decent results but not the results that much gear should command.

1 leg curls 3 x20 light weight focus on contractions.

I ended w some preacher curls ,tricep extensions (rope) and pull ups all of which where 3 sets 8-10rep range

Polished off a vial of TNE and a vial of winny as well.....lookin vasky AF....


Hit arms and calves today . Training us going well ,better than expected. Back training tomarow I'll check in w routine if anyone is interested.,as well as the gearz.

Thats good though. Do you feel like strength is going up workout to workout ? For me winstrol increases my strength to a very noticeable degree.
Absolutely, I have been bent over rowing 315 for reps which is a jump considering 2 months ago I needed straps to row 275lbs x 5 ....
