I decided to go back to EOD pinning since I'm done with tren a. Also trying night pinning so it'll be kicked in more when I workout in the morning, about 12 hrs after pin. Had my last dose of Tren a yesterday and still felt the strength of it today, a lot. My 5th set of curls I did 7 reps with 90 lbs ez bar which was good for me, a PR according to my Jefit app.

Tonight was my first ever NPP dose and I'm looking forward to it. I like the effects of deca a lot and expect good things from NPP.

I've lost just a bit down to 174 but it looks like I'm just losing fat. I want to recomp and cut some fat but am doing my best to keep and improve muscle. I want to have a decent, vascular, lower fat but muscular body. Who doesn't? : ) Still eating the same but been a bit under my 2,800 cals last couple days. Getting close or hitting my 280g protein but been a little low on carbs and fat. I'll try hitting the goal more and see. It's 40% pro 280g/30% fat 93g/30% carb 210g.

Just did a small workout with my son today (5 sets tric, 5 sets bic, abs). Tomorrow I plan on doing a big shoulders and traps day.

I think I now know Nandrolone is the culprit for my hiccups. After my 1st dose of NPP last night I got them but not too bad. Felt really good and strong today and did in fact get in a big shoulder workout.

I sort of wish I had a couple more weeks of tren left because it really started showing but I think with the right diet NPP and winny should do the job well and with less sides. For the record I enjoyed tren a and Anadrol quite a bit and only went ballistic a few times. ;) Strength and body recomp were great.

Had a good back workout today, and a bonus had a good day at work. New business just fell into my lap!

Standing calf raises x1 (23 reps toes in, out, straight) just for a little extra.

I hit my cals and macros very close today as yesterday, and I did maintain and actually gained a couple tenths of a lb. It can fluctuate but I've weighed consistently and can tell I lose if I go 2,700 cals but maintain at 2,800. I am out to lose fat and keep as much muscle as possible. have to admit I do next to no cardio but eat cleaner than I ever have and lots of times do hard sets with just 20-45 sec rest. I just hate doing cardio and would rather sweat it out lifting with less rest. I like to do high and med number of reps in different sets of each exercise to cover all. I also occassionally will do 2-4 heavy reps to increase strength but have to watch out for injury, plus those don't build muscle like 10-15 reps. I like 8-12 range best.

Earlier in day I did an arms with a little extra calves and couple abs leg raise on parallel bars, which I also do weighted dips with 45 plate.

About to finish the shoulders I started last night. I really like NPP and deca (nandrolone) with test, and so far am liking the results with lower doses better, for me. I'd do 2x these doses without worries but wanted to try less and it's working really good, as it did with tren a the 1st half too.

Sometimes more isn't really better, but the right amount is better. That's not exactly my nature I always thought if a little was good then a lot would be better but have found out that's not necessarily the case with everything.

Day 47

50mg each of winny and Proviron about 2 hrs PWO. ED dosing
90mg ea of npp and TPP EOD (315 of ea EW)

*I decided to go with all orals PWO again. I'm not sure but it just seems to work better for me for strength and gains. Also seems better for my sleep (which is shitty anyway). Sleep seemed worse taking some at night. Plus I workout in the a.m. early.

Don't know if it's the winny but I feel stronger and look more vascular already after only 2 days (75mg yesterday, 50 today). But I'm also eating clean and taking test and npp. Already felt a little added aggression too.

2800 cals (40/30/30) is working to lean me out and stay the same or similar weight.

This is a good combo for recomp/slight cut.

*went to ED dosing again and it has helped with my mood. Was getting pretty moody again like before but this is day 2 and I swear I'm better, just like when I went to ED dosing with tren a. Actually upped NPP just a bit to make it easier to measure. Still at 315mg per week with test pp, went from 315 to 350 per week of NPP. This was my first time with short esters so there was a little learning curve.

Still doing great, strong as hell and getting cut. My wife said it's the best I've looked since she's known me for 3 years.

Another thing that's obvious is my libido has skyrocketed, I'm guessing it's the winny since it's DHT. Could be caber but it's a tiny dose 0.25 E3D or proviron but I've been on them the whole time with good libido but now, wow. I'm a porn star with the wife. Just call me Peter North.

As long as I can be a good husband to my wife I am just flying. I don't want to come off this one!

Had a very good shoulder workout today with a little abs, which are starting to show good. Holding weight at 172 and change at 2,800 cals. Seems I lose if I dip under that at all and can lose a tiny amount at those calories.

Lots of whole eggs and whites (I use my fingers to scoop and strain the yolks out), roast turkey breast, baked chicken breast, rice, some ceral, protein (whey during day around workout and casein blend at bedtime), pork loin, ground turkey. Don't remember what dessert tastes like but I think it's similar to the smores cereal my wife bought recently. BTW she has lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks and doing it right. Good girl! :)

Day 52 (man how time flies!)

Everyday dosage:

50mg proviron

50mg winstrol

TPP 45mg (315mg EW)

I'm within 1 lb of my starting weight (173 this a.m., started at a much softer 174) but have lost visible fat and am getting more vascular than normal. I love those veins getting bigger!

It's just going smoothly and meeting (exceeding really) my best expectations. I will very likely continue to use more moderate doses like this in future cycles, and focus more on recomp than bulking. My wife likes it better and so do I. Less sides (if any) and a better look for me. Less fat makes my muscles look more round such as shoulders and ripped. I can't recall my chest showing a little striations as it is now, especially the left pec.

Another thing I learned and it's proven (in my case, I know for fact it isn't this way with many) is that with these shorter esters I must pin ED to have a stable and even good mood. It's been several days and that's a fact for me personally. It makes me think I will also go to EOD pins with longer esters in the future for the same reason.

Did 6 SS biceps and triceps this a.m. and 4 sets of seated calf. Will go add to it tonight with my son, including abs. I get some good ab work on my wife when I'm on top. Not my fav position but I can burn those abs up that way! At the gym I've been doing SS of v-up machine and leg raise on parallel bars for abs.

Seems consistent that 3,000 calories (40/30/300 macros p/f/c) keeps my weight the same and I can burn a little fat. I actually do not mind if I lose a little. I think I'd probably look great at 165 if I held onto much muscle and lost more fat. No cardio, but just 45 sec between sets unless a big muscle (such as squat, deadlift or rack pull, leg press). Also incorporate SS and DS some in most workouts. Usually minimum 16 total sets, up to 25+ sets especially when I workout 2x in a day.

I'm very thankful that my 48 yr old, many years abused body is still holding up, even with some aches and pains. There is no good without sacrifice!

Did a good back workout today, just basic exercises but included smith deads (really more like rack pulls) for a change.

Reverse grip smith bent row x4

Smith deadlift x4

Had planned on going back for some extra sets, and calves and abs, but didn't make it. The 12 sets of back counted though, every set hard.

Your one off the few who will run drol in a cutting cycle but it works great to keep you full. Good luckwith it hope you get the results your looking for

Hey brother I just saw this, and yes I'm using his liquid winstrol. I started at 50mg ED on 4/8, went to 75mg on 4/21 so I might be right there with you by early May. Do you think npp will help counter that? 350mg EW (50 ED). This is a very feel good cycle now. I guess when you start with tren and Anadrol then anything different will be "feel good!" :) I actually felt good on them too, but not as good. Aggression is there but I'm doing pretty good with it. Good practice for self-control. That part was a bit worse on tren and drol but expected.
Had a really good work trip but had to miss 2 days working out. About 11 hrs drive each way but took my wife and we had some fun. Banged her in a gas station parking lot! She's one helluva great woman even after 3 years.

75 winstrol ED (split 50 PWO a.m., 25 bedtime) I figure with 9 hr half life I'll still have some in me for the a.m. dose and workout

I've started incorporating "Belt squats" into legs and can really feel it working. I tried them because I have digenerative disc that very seldom causes severe pain from my neck through my left trap and shoulder, but thank God it hasn't happened for a year or more. This squat uses a belt around the waist/lower back so there's no spine compression.

I did Romanian deads, belt squats, and calf raises and finished with a drop set of lying leg curls.

I got a little chunk of solid winstrol off the dropper when I sucked it and coughed my head off for a while. Wife thought I was going to die but I didn't. Just got a little harder. ;)

Well shit I had to cut this cycle short due to some health tests (nothing to do with cycle but need blood to be more normal)

I ended it May 1 so it was about 9.5 weeks. Best cycle I couldn't have wished for anything more. I'll probably repeat it but do less or no orals since I'm getting older. I still have 30 doses of winstrol and won't have any qualms of taking 30 days of winny at 50mg ED later this year. Might skip the anadrol and other stronger ones like dbol. Anadrol was awesome, wish I'd tried it sooner, but I'll experiment and see how well I do with just oils. Hope that satisfies me- will be healthier and save $ on both the orals and the organ support supps.

I found I like short esters better on this cycle, but personally need to pin daily to avoid or lessen emotions and outside of the gym aggression.

I'm going back to fckng TRT level test alone. I don't think it will be too big a shock since I was just on 315mg EW, and 350mg NPP, 50-75 winstrol, 50 proviron.

I'll feel a difference but 200mg test keeps me pretty good. I was fine with that transition from 750 test, with deca, etc. last year.

I highly suggest this cycle for a slight cut/recomp/strength. I got the most vascular ever and saw some striations in my pecs I've not seen before. I also credit an exercise I learned from Seth Feroce who said it would do that- cable crossovers with a chest press move at the end. I also do those with incline DBs. However, I know the drugs and eating right were the main factors because I'm 48 and haven't looked this good before. I mean in comparison with myself, I'm no pro!

1st 6 weeks:

Tren A.

I ramped up from 210mg wk 1, 280 wk 2, but feel good to do 350 1-6 next time

Test PP

350 EW (I went to 315 wks 6-10)

It's been a blast and man I hate to cut it short! I think I was still progressing a lot and could've done quite a bit those last few weeks but am happy with it anyway and know a good combo that works for me.

Just thought I'd post a pic 6 weeks after I ended this great cycle. I tried but couldn't attach the picture of my front. I didn't change my training or food except a little. 3,000 cals ED and macros 35/35/30 (protein 263, carbs 263, fat 100g). If I eat less I lose weight. My metabolism is higher than in the past, strange at 48 yrs old but I'll take it. I wanted to cut and keep a lot of muscle and I have done that. Eating right has made the biggest difference. I've only been on 200mg down to 150mg cyp for 6 weeks and I think I'm in equal shape as at the end of my cycle which was both my favorite and relatively mild compared to some past ones. Maybe better even. I've lost a few lbs and meant to, was willing to go to 165 but am pretty happy at 167-8.

So I've learned if I keep doing all the same after the cycle (- the steroids) then I can keep quite a bit. Just keep training hard and eat enough and right does the trick. I still keep up with all my food on the my plate app, gives me something to do. It's nice to control a little something in this world!
