I've been running 600mg test, 100 deca for 5 weeks now. .5 adex every other day. Also 20mg tamoxifen every day. After 4 weeks I dropped the tamoxifen. My blood pressure sky rocketed. Still at. .5 mg adex eod. Something has changed. My blood pressure is through the roof. Clocked in at 174/115. Needless to say I'm ending this short cycle. Bloods at 4 weeks were great. Estrogen under control.

Now... what happened? I was 123 over 78.

Any advice on what's going on?

I know low e can cause bp spikes. So cam high e2. but I was perfect... what happened?

How do you estimate how much more or less is needed after a blood check?

T

Thinking about dropping adex for asin. Adex alone raises blood pressure.

Weird- I didnt know low e could cause raise in bp or that adex causes a raise in bp- Your bp is way too high after dropping tamoxifen, but dropping tamoxifen is not going to effect your overall e levels. Interested in seeing what people in the know think about this....

Take your BP every evening and log it so you can see what it averages over time. If it's a one off thing it's nothing to worry about, it could be stress related, or caused by any other variable. Make sure you're using a good monitor as well and are using it properly.

Yeah that's not good, I'd look at other factors that might be causing that large of an increase in your BP.

I know I'm really stressed out but I wouldn't think that would cause a 50 point spike.
