Nah.

I use the safety bar and place my hands on the bar catches. This let's me place more emphasis on the quads and keeps my back from getting bent up.

Almost like a front squat feel but more comfortable.

Front squat without the struggle of holding the bar. I love safety bar squats front squats I can’t get heavy enough to be effective and keep form.

Bloods got messed up. The name I submitted and the name quest used didn't match so, I'm waiting on Labsmd.com to contact Quest so they will release the results.

Upper loading yesterday..... Set some big pr's on Incline Bb. Didn't train back though. Have a little pinched nerve and I couldn't get a full ROM without having some pain and tingles run from my glutes to my trap.... Hope it's not sciatic nerve issues.

No insulin yesterday pre workout. Gonna give it a couple days before adding anymore back in. Starting to have some blood pressure issues I figured I would encounter at some point. Reading in the morning has been about 130/80ish on average the last few days. Accompanied with slight headaches.

Weight is at 249 after a free meal last night of fajitas and a basket of chips and salsa.
Incline BB - 315*13(pr), 375*5(pr)
Preacher Shrug - 225*12, 11
Preacher Curl - 125*11, 9
Triceps Press down - stack x 25, 22
 
Spent today doing yard work.

Mulch. Fertilizer. Watering. Weed eating. Raking. Pulling weeds. Mowing. Cutting limbs.

Fucking wore out lol. Now it's time to grill and relax with a nice glass of unsweetened tea.

They're on more of a lasagna, tacos, sloppy Joe and spaghetti meal plan

Like this bro....chars steaks, chicken, fish, veggies..... gives it those nice grill marks and overall is great..... i love mine also easy to transfer from stove top straight to the oven or visa versa. Something about the way cast iron evenly distributes the heat that makes it great to cook/ sear / grill on.

Hoping would be the wrong word.

I would have guessed over 4k.

I'm OK with the total though I suppose. Looking back at all my bloods I'm usually about 20% off from where I would guess the numbers would land.

Throw in testing this much hormone and it's even trickier.

My estrogen was lower then expected and, had it been in the thirties that may have made an impact as well.

Also on my pin schedule, I don't get the big spikes and dips. Had this been pulled the previous day it would have been around 4k I thinking despite the fact that test peaks at around 36 hours. Pinning every other day you're overlapping those times to a degree so it makes peak times a bit different.

Overall, I feel like I'm on a gram of test. Some guys will say it's low, some may agree with me. But personally I'm ok with it.
