had a shit day, broke my diet, dinner consisted of 8 waffles, 8 tbsp of peanut butter, sugar free syrup all over the place, 16oz of eggwhites, and 2 bananas, with 2 handfuls of baby carrots, 2 handfuls of cauliflower, and as much calorie free italian dressing i could dip them in.

i started with some wild rice n gumbo with xtra blackened shrimp plus added some blackened gator for more protein then added a piece of grilled salmon half way through for even more protein!!!

Dry....Just add my oats to some milk or water and mix in honey n pnut butter with a lil cinnamon, this time i added a lil honey nut cluster cereal for carbs for a Long ass day !!!

This dinner was approx. 140 grams of protein and 1400 cal’s with 87 grams of fat. I know I definitely went over fat today on my macros but damn it was good

share some cooking/seasoning tricks brother!

Brother I’ve been cooking for so long i wouldn’t know where to begin, I usually cook by feel and use my macros as guide for ingredients but essentially veggies seafood and fruit are my dietary ingredients !!! I try to only use protein supp’s when food is just not a timely availability, theres no substitute for real food !!! Also carbs are a breakfast and lunch staple or pre/post workout usage !
