Here’s what I made. Herb roasted spring chicken with charred corn and roasted zucinni, yellow squash and plum tomatoes.

3 chicken thighs, mashed yam, 1lb of frozen stir fry vegetables and one can of beets (I love beets).
 
Raw baby spinach with oil vinaigrette dressing and 2 tilapia filets.

had to quit carbs before bed cause the tren dreams were getting out of hand.
 
10oz Steak , 1/2 cup white rice and veggies.

its also my post workout meal.
 
Let’s keep this going guys. Give us some ideas. Maybe we’ll make this a contest if we get some good submissions. Here’s what I had for breakfast. Slow cooked Italian brisket with pepperoncinis with two fried eggs on a toasted roll

5 scrambled eggs , half avocado and about half cup of rice
small can of coke Zero (im addicted to them now)
 
2 chixn thighs w 1 cup macaroni w 1tbsp olive oil and chopped sundried tomatoes mixed in.
post workout/bed time 50 gram chocolate protein shake in almond/cashew milk, unsweetened vanilla. good stuff.
 
just finished 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of broccoli, and 2 4oz filet mignon's. my one beef based meal for the day.
 
Finally broke down and bought a pressure cooker. Best move I’ve made so far this year. With my busy schedule it will be easier to eat smart. Foreman grill and turkey burgers at work and chicken breast and rice any other time. Vanilla Greek yogurt with blueberries. PB and j sammich here or there. Asparagus, carrots, broccoli. Pretty much what I eat everyday. I take a multi vitamin, magnesium pill, turmeric, and valerian root to help me sleep. Also drink kombucha and kratom before I hit the gym. Gallon jug of water.

Thanks triple , I’m very fortunate to be able to eat like this. It wasn’t long ago I was living on ramen and canned tuna with black beans every damn day !!
