    Gorilla season MDHT Log

    This is just the TD pic for now I will be posting the actual cycle Saturday and be up and running Monday 2/5/18. I'm currently running a quick liver cleanse. And posting a pre cycle pic my pasty ass needs to tan first. Stats will also be posted Saturday.

    I've been front loading test E at 250mg for a month now every 7 days. I'm going to try and find that bs bf calculator at the gym tomorrow. So I'm going to guestimate my bf % at around 20%. So I'm preety pudgy at the moment. I'm on that see food diet. I see it and I eat it. Roughly 6000 calories a day and as much protien and carbs as I can get in. #BULKING

    But I'm going to be run the duration of the MDHT at around 3000 to 3500 calories. 200-250g or protien and around 200-500g of carbs depending on the day. 3 solid meals and 2-5 shakes or just protien meals. No carbs 4 hours before bed and wake up 4 hrs later for another shake/cheese/Greek yogurt for casein. Then back to sleep.

    I lift after work at around 12pm post work out I eat somthing sugar/carb heavy for an insulin spike for new tissue. I also find that all though I wake up stiff taking arganine before bed helps with nitrogen retention over night. Wake up full af helping those new gains stick during sleep.

    3000-5000mg arganine 1000mg doses
    am pm pwo before bed
    Caffien yes lots
    Yohimbe 2x with meals
    Zma morning
    Fish oil morning
    Multi vit 3x with meals
    Tribulus
    B complex 3x with meals
    Taurine as needed
    Potasium as needed

    Ad3 pct as an on cylce test/liver


    Gear

    Aromasin/letro as needed

    Test e 500mg 1-12

    MDHT pwo 15/30/45mg 1-4 maybe 6 weeks

    Hcg 5000 iu 5-6

    Dmz 40mg 6-10

    Hcg 5000 iu 11-12

    Cruze test e 250mg

    The Last half is all maybes I may run npp or tren after the MDHT or Gp's cut mix. I'm going to Log the first 4-6 weeks daily. After we'll see what happens? Maybe I'll take it all the way to 12 or 16 weeks.

    I'm a full time student and work full time with a side job so 60 hrs of work a week and 20 hours of school shit.

    If any of this is unclear or you have questions jump on the thread and ask. Or if if you have any suggestions/want changes made. Other that. enjoy the ride.

    Monday was chest and tri.
    Started at 15mg 4hrs pwo and another 15mg 2 hrs pwo.

    Definitely felt fuller and harder no real aggression gain yet but it's the first day.

    Wide grip lat pull x 5
    Seated rows x 5
    Standing rope rows x 5
    Back fly x 5 to failure

    Cable ez curl x 5
    Cross body single arm curl x 5
    Reverse curl/hammer curl super set x 5
    Tut preacher curl x 5 failure

    Going to force myself to ad abs in eod.

    250mg test e
    30mg mdht
    12.5 aromasin

    Still feeling full the pumps come easy on mdht. Some of the sets i couldnt even force failure because the pump. vascularity is way up in only a few days. No back pumps gyno flare ups acne or hair loss to report.

    I'm liking this MDHT all ready.

    Pumps are still good and I'm getting some hardening effect. Aggression is up in the gym. But MDHT overall makes me feel great dbol. No hair loss acne or gyno.

    8/12/18 I will be raising the dose to 45mg. Sticking at 45mg until I feel it lagging.
