So i was dared to eat these dam wings.
Made in a Habenaro/ reaper sauce.
What was i thinking. The sauce was good. But i only had 5.. If it was for money i would of done it!! But just as a dare.. Wth was i thinking. Eyes watering, mouth watering, sweating... I look like a psycho cereal murderer ready to attack my next victim.

My son was looking over my shoulder and said "wingssss!!" it's all he eats, buffalo wings, our freezer has bags of that frozen crap that he can nuke..

Brown rice, chicken breast, green beans with a little Bolthouse ranch dressing and some Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce. Buffalo ranch chicken and rice!

That sounds good. Going tomake a big batch of that once my indian seasoned chicken and rice is finished up.

We just cook the chicken breast in cast iron with some seasoning, and the rice separate since it's all measured individually. Put it together in a container and drizzle the ranch and hot sauce...keeps it interesting lol
