Had three loaded tacos and some guacamole, haven’t had it in a while!
 
Steaming these guys...loads of nutrients and taste awesome.. grilled chicken.. it may be hot as hell out, but it ain't gonna stop me BBQin..I'll throw the artichokes on grill at end, not to cook but just char em a bit

Usually just put it on white rice with some salsa. But, tonight I made quesadillas with it. Been eating it for meal prep past couple weeks and haven't gotten sick of it yet. I just add a couple lbs 93/7 ground turkey a bag of frozen southwest mix, which is onion and bell pepper mix, a little garlic, salt, and pepper.
