Just did some meal prep for tomarrow, made the kids go out back and play, a little peace and quiet was good while it lasted hahaha....Chicken breast with brown rice and green beans, also boild a dozen eggs .Easy to prep and the 4 kids love it....i will add other greens and try to mix up the seasonings to keep it interesting taste wise....I want to thank GainTrain for the ideas, strai8t up stole his recipe lol.....After my back injury im getting back at it....starts with food and cardio.....
