Do most guys typically use creatine or other similar supps while on gear? Maybe only while bulking, not while cutting? Wasn’t sure if that would mess with your chemistry at all.

I don’t use creatine or anything like that, I do use BCAAs intra workout. No whey protein either because I get enough protein from my diet alone. I know there are probably some guys on here that might use creatine.

I wouldn’t bother your gonna retain a lot of water but then again it depends on what your doing are you bulking or leaning out? There are benefits to it I personally have not used it since I was like 19 jumped on gear never looked back I can barely Wolf Dow a protein shake like the guy said before i rather get my nutrients from food you get a better result in my opinion

absolutely, the scientific data backing creatine use is and has been there for years. if you're not using it, you're missing out plain and simple. at the levels that you supplement to get desired results, you're not going to get that from whole foods, sorry anti-sup guys.

that's just to name a few recent ones. years ago they actually looked at effective doses in ncaa D1 athletes and the data was as clear as day: if you're not using it, you don't have the edge that other people who are, do.

retaining water? intra-muscular water - you're not going to get the "i'm an undisciplined pizza-eating-fat ass-while-running-deca" kind of bloat.

I've been using kre-alkaline caps by bio-rhythm for 1 yr straight now. Thru a tren cycle and decca cycle, never a problem. IM going to give mono-hydrate a go this next NPP cycle in a couple wks. Ive used alot of creatine over the yrs, never a waste.

Studied, proven and cheap. Go for it. No more than 5g a day is needed year round. I buy a month supply at the health food spot by me for about $10.

If you are doing work which requires your creatine phosohate energy system then supplementing could be a good idea. If you are not getting enough creatine from your diet you will notice the difference.

10g creatine/10g EAAs in a Gatorade intra-workout everyday...

10g a day is proven to work, but you'd get better results just using that money for more gear

What the 10 bucks for 2 kilos of monohydrate? Yeah that would get you a quarter vial of test. Use all the tools in the toolbox.

Plus it has cognitive enhancing effects which are also beneficial.

And you think they are mutually exclusive?

I don't use Deca because I can get three vials of Test for the same price as one Deca and taking more test is more bang for buck. facepalm

I dont need creatine on cycle, also save my kidneys from overwork
