Leg day was fucking MURDER!!! Met up with my buddy and another friend. Both are ifbb pro’s. Critter competes in men’s physique and Candice competed in bikini. She stopped last year to focus more on coaching. Candice led the session. Critter and I both were dying the whole time while she breezed through laughing at us. She had us doing some weird stuff. I’m guessing my glutes are going to feel like they were messaged with a sledge hammer the next couple of days. Not looking forward to it lmao.

Now heading to Coronado island to meet a friend for lunch before cruising the beach on some bikes. I didn’t quite think through the riding bikes part after leg day. So this should be interesting lol. I will definitely be getting a few drinks before to hopefully numb the pain or at least make me not give a shit about the pain.

Leg extensions super setted with laying leg curls 5x30 (warm up)

Front squats 4x15
Back squats 4x15
Side step lunges 4x12 per leg
Hip thrusts 4x25
Donkey kicks 4x25
Good mornings on the hack 4x25
Leg press 3x30 (10 slow 10 fast 10 slow)
Leg press on our side (like a lunge) 4x15
Box jumps 4 sets as many as I could. Didn’t keep count lol
Side steps with a band on 4 sets 10 steps to left 10 steps to right.
Then I died. Since there was three of us, the breaks between sets were good but she pushed us to move whenever some was done with their set. So there wasn’t really in standing around.

Thanks for that BC. Honestly though, and I'm sure I speak for others you named, we couldn't have gotten where we are without the BC's and Sherk's of the world. I had been off cycle for quite a few months at that point. 200mg cyp a week for trt. That pic was taken last jan or feb and the previous cycle ended early nov. I didn’t get that lean until after the cycle believe it or not. But the cycle was test phenyl prop, npp, primo with 3.3iu gh eod

Life has been a fucking trip the last week or week in a half. From work, gym life, love life to everything. A lot of change is happening. Some good, some bad, some idk what to think of it. But all the while, I have to keep moving forward and pushing on with a positive mindset. My daughter has been more clingy to me, so she must feel my vibe and feeding off of it. Knowing I need more love and cuddles from here. Being a father is the best feeling. I have a ton of pent up energy I need to get out so I signed up at my buddies mma gym where I use to train and also will be rolling with him in his garage. I just feel the need to punch some shit and choke people out... in a good and fun way lmao. I start back to training Bjj, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai and mma next week. I’ll be going 4 days a week to start until I can get a schedule down.

Been about a week out of the gym besides leg day. My arm still hurts like a mf. I have an mri appointment with a sports medicine physician on the 5th of feb. since I’m going to get it looked at, it’s already hurt and I’m an idiot, figured I’m going to start training again lol. Not the brightest decision, I know. But I have to do something. I’m going out of my mind. So light light weight. Nothing strenuous. Just enough to keep my blood moving. My diet has been consistent other than the occasional lunch dates or going out to dinner here and there. I have my daughter this week and weekend so the training won’t start until Sunday when I take her back to her moms. I promise to have pics up this weekend so you can see where I’m at. I’m still in the air about running a simple cycle or staying where I’m at. We’ll see.

My buddy critter and I were talking shit the day before lol. We thought we would be the ones to breeze through it. Nope lol. She crippled us. My legs were toast for days after. My glutes have never been that sore. We’re suppose to train again this Sunday but she wants me to lead. I told her “payback is a mf. Just remember I warned you now” lol

Sorry to hear it my man. I too lost 5 people extremely close to me in a 4 month period some years ago. Loss is difficult to get through. It’s never easy. Thank you for the words bro. I greatly appreciate it. Hope all is well

Enjoying the log Sherk! Life is very much the same as this bodybuilding biz in that you only get out what you put in. Sometimes your up and sometimes your down but you keep the eye on the prize and make that the reason you wake up, sh*t, eat, sleep and do it all over again. Im following along buddy!
 
I had a pretty relaxing weekend with my daughter. Stayed at home mostly except for the park and went to breakfast. I got a ton of rest which has been much needed with all the stress. My leg day partner had to back out so I too took the extra day of rest. I’m meeting up with my last coach to go train legs with him today. I’ll post up that workout when I get back. My mind feels strong today, my body is lagging a little bit not far behind my mind so I feel I should be pretty strong in the gym today. I’ve really been tossing around the idea of running a light cycle. We’ll see what happens. If I do it would be a test/primo type. I’m done with tren and npp. Both fuck me up. Tren is mental and npp is physical. Idk, we’ll see.

I can definitely understand the mental aspects of tren. But I'm curious as to the physical side effects you're experiencing from NPP? I've always found nandrolone to be a very mild drug as far as side effects. But of course one man's wonder drug is another man's nightmare lol. Could you elaborate a bit brother?

No matter how balanced I keep my hormones, nandrolone has a negative effect on my sexual function. My libido is high, but the deca dick gets me lol. It use to never effect me. But now about 4 weeks in, I just can’t perform. So I’d rather not use it. Its not worth it to me. I’d rather be able to live on my lady without issue. That’s the only side effect I feel from it. Idk if it’s a mental thing at this point or what. But I keep my hormones in check and still go through it.

Really? One of the benefits of PDE5 inhibitors like viagra and cialis is the fact that it LOWERS your BP by dilating your blood vessels. Unless that's what you meant by wreaking havoc. I do know that a common side effect is sinus pressure and a runny nose. I've certainly experienced that when I take the full 20mg of cialis. I just take 5mg per day for BP and the extra pump it gives you in the gym. No side effects at that dose and the wood comes easy :)

It increases my bp. My face, hands and feet all feel it. My nose doesn’t run but it gets so stuffed up I can’t breath out of it. I’m not a mouth breather so that alone will detour me from them.
