Solid workout. The feeling of pain when the bunz hit the toilet seat.Leg day was fucking MURDER!!! Met up with my buddy and another friend. Both are ifbb pro’s. Critter competes in men’s physique and Candice competed in bikini. She stopped last year to focus more on coaching. Candice led the session. Critter and I both were dying the whole time while she breezed through laughing at us. She had us doing some weird stuff. I’m guessing my glutes are going to feel like they were messaged with a sledge hammer the next couple of days. Not looking forward to it lmao.
Now heading to Coronado island to meet a friend for lunch before cruising the beach on some bikes. I didn’t quite think through the riding bikes part after leg day. So this should be interesting lol. I will definitely be getting a few drinks before to hopefully numb the pain or at least make me not give a shit about the pain.
Leg extensions super setted with laying leg curls 5x30 (warm up)
Front squats 4x15
Back squats 4x15
Side step lunges 4x12 per leg
Hip thrusts 4x25
Donkey kicks 4x25
Good mornings on the hack 4x25
Leg press 3x30 (10 slow 10 fast 10 slow)
Leg press on our side (like a lunge) 4x15
Box jumps 4 sets as many as I could. Didn’t keep count lol
Side steps with a band on 4 sets 10 steps to left 10 steps to right.
Then I died. Since there was three of us, the breaks between sets were good but she pushed us to move whenever some was done with their set. So there wasn’t really in standing around.

Thanks for that BC. Honestly though, and I'm sure I speak for others you named, we couldn't have gotten where we are without the BC's and Sherk's of the world. So while you may feel like you didn't accomplish as much as you guys hoped personally, you helped others more than you know. And that's pretty damn awrsome.no there are a few that made some real good gains and stuck with it..
like chad , hugh, comeback, and a few others im sure im leaving out ...
anyway, im like you , trying to do a total 180 and get back to the old me

What workout are you leading?!?My buddy critter and I were talking shit the day before lol. We thought we would be the ones to breeze through it. Nope lol. She crippled us. My legs were toast for days after. My glutes have never been that sore. We’re suppose to train again this Sunday but she wants me to lead. I told her “payback is a mf. Just remember I warned you now” lol

Hey bro I think a light cyclemay do good for you both mentally An physically,keep grinding bro you got this!!!!I had a pretty relaxing weekend with my daughter. Stayed at home mostly except for the park and went to breakfast. I got a ton of rest which has been much needed with all the stress. My leg day partner had to back out so I too took the extra day of rest. I’m meeting up with my last coach to go train legs with him today. I’ll post up that workout when I get back. My mind feels strong today, my body is lagging a little bit not far behind my mind so I feel I should be pretty strong in the gym today. I’ve really been tossing around the idea of running a light cycle. We’ll see what happens. If I do it would be a test/primo type. I’m done with tren and npp. Both fuck me up. Tren is mental and npp is physical. Idk, we’ll see.

I can definitely understand the mental aspects of tren. But I'm curious as to the physical side effects you're experiencing from NPP? I've always found nandrolone to be a very mild drug as far as side effects. But of course one man's wonder drug is another man's nightmare lol. Snag some damn Cialis lol...No matter how balanced I keep my hormones, nandrolone has a negative effect on my sexual function. My libido is high, but the deca dick gets me lol. It use to never effect me. But now about 4 weeks in, I just can’t perform. So I’d rather not use it. Its not worth it to me. I’d rather be able to live on my lady without issue. That’s the only side effect I feel from it. Idk if it’s a mental thing at this point or what. But I keep my hormones in check and still go through it.

Really? One of the benefits of PDE5 inhibitors like viagra and cialis is the fact that it LOWERS your BP by dilating your blood vessels. Unless that's what you meant by wreaking havoc. I do know that a common side effect is sinus pressure and a runny nose. I've certainly experienced that when I take the full 20mg of cialis. I just take 5mg per day for BP and the extra pump it gives you in the gym. No side effects at that dose and the wood comes easyLmao!!!! Like the pun lol. I can’t take that stuff. It wrecks havoc on my bp and the next morning I feel like I can’t breath. Even on 15mg. Viagra and lavetra do the same. If you have any tips or tricks to avoid that shit, I’m all ears.
