    TOPIC: What are some bad habits that some of us may do that ends up hindering our progress?

    The Question: Unconsciously we may not even realize it, but we sometimes we hinder our fitness progress goals, at times on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
    What are some of the most common everyday things we do, unconsciously, to hinder our fitness progress?
    What's the worst everyday thing that one can do which would hinder their progress?

    Not recovering properly is the biggest thing for me. Whether its lack of sleep or not enough days off in the gym. I used to train 6 days a week and had the whole no days off mentality. Since switching to a 5 day spilt(during my hypertrophy phase) and 4 day split(powerlifting phase) Iíve noticed Iíve packed on more size and gained strength

    I would say the " i can eat whatever i want as long as i take a shit load of aas " mentality . I see this a lot where i train...guys that are on 2-3g of gear that look like shit . Steroids do nothing if your diet sucks

    Stress of every day life. That shit in the back of your mind that eats at you. Something happened at work and irritated you. The thing that happened at home right before you go workout and you try to put it out if your mind and its not going away completely. Stress and not enough sleep are my two things that are holding me back alot. Maybe something broke at home and now you will be out money you didn't plan on to repare it. Car trouble, washing machine or hot water heater goes out. Just the every day grind of life for the working man. Fuck i need a break. 😂

    Is having a gf a good answer?

    Gets in the way of discipline for sure... they don't understand strict diets. Get in the way of going to the gym regularly bc they think it is no big deal if you stay home with them and just miss a day.

    They will hassle you on your gear use (especially Tren).

    If they are the jealous type, they will think you are going to the gym not just to train, but scope out hot young pussy.

    On the upside, they can help you pop hard to reach pimples on your mid back section (I tried using tongs but they don't work).
