    I took this yesterday after my cardio workout after work. No filters, no editing, no adjustments. Raw photo. As you can see Iíve definitely lost definition. I donít think I fell toooo far off the wagon, but I definitely ate shit. Literally and figuratively.

    Measurements going up tonight.

    No you didnít fall too far off at all. Your abs are still visible. You have to remember that you went from a calorie deficit to eating nothing but crap. Youíre gonna rebound, which is what happened. Youíll get back to where you were in a couple weeks. Your work ethic and dedication is amazing. I know what youíre capable of and going to the extreme is just you lol.

    Alright so Friday night they didn't end of scanning me. Actually, they left me sitting there for over an hour, with no answers as to when the trainer guy was going to put me in the body scanner. So as time slipped I got frustrated and just said fuck it and worked out instead. I did chest and biceps, and it felt amazing.
    Saturday I went in and did 8 3min rounds on the bag, and 10 mins of abs, followed by some Jacuzzi time, which felt amazing.

    Yesterday, I spent 12 hours re-arranging my apartment going up and down walls and steam cleaning, and putting things up. Had a hammer in my hand practically all day, and if not the hammer then the screw driver. But my best friend was drinkin' chillin' with me giving his expert opinion (he's gay lol) on my decor and where what should go, so it made it way more fun. So yesterday was an "off" day even though it wiped me out.

    Working out after work today, and plan to attempt to try again with this stupid body scan shenanigans.

    Hey guys! I got my measurements finally. 20.5%bf 155lbs. I want to drop at least 3% bodyfat. I feel and look best at around 15-17%. So I need to get myself in that range.
    If I keep my diet right, 3-4 weeks should be plenty to drop. Especially if I keep up on my cardio.
    Bust 41.5
    Waist 35.3
    Hips 40.2
    Left Biceps 12.6
    Right Biceps 12.9
    Left Forearm 10.8
    Right Forearm 10.8
    Left Thigh 24
    Right Thigh 23.6
    Left Calf 14.3
    Right Calf 14.3
    Cardio @ lunch today and back tonight.

    I feel like these two-a-days are starting to kick in. I feel better. This weekend is my birthday weekend so Saturday is cheat day, but Iíll make sure to put my running in to accommodate.

    I have a 1.5 hour training session tonight on legs with another master trainer. Iíll post up pics of my legs after that tonight. I also put my Garmin back on just to watch my diet and calorie input and output more, so Iíll post a screenshot of that as well tonight.

    On a positive note my running has gotten much better. No shin splints or hurt ankles after my 5k last night, which is really exciting for me.
