you might be thinking of someone else if you think I posted a lot of detailed info on that. I rarely discuss that with others. What works for me wouldnt matter to anyone else.

Doesnt matter because no too many here could get to your level.
    You were big before supplements.

When did you start bodybuilding or when did you decide to compete. You said you were 40ish now.

Good point I was natural till 2.5 years ago. Im late to the game of bodybuilding. was too busy with career and life to realize I had the genetics. people would tell me but I wasn't serious so I would blow it off. I got serious about my training and nutrition 4 years ago. Been working out regularly for the last 8-9 years but was never serious about my diet.

I remember seeing the compounds but I donít ever remember you posting how much. I also would venture to guess that you take less than 90% of the people here!

Wasnít your son getting pretty serious with a highschool sport? You still training him as well? I enjoyed the log before and am enjoying it again

You have genetics worth taking advantage of.

This is the first time I've ever followed a meal and training plan. I think im 3 weeks in. I'm not sure why I didn't start sooner. Of course there isn't major changes yet but it just makes things easier. I know what I'm eating. I know what I'm training. I trust the person planning things out. It makes it easier all around. No second guessing myself. More motivation for the gym because i know where the plan is taking me. Too bad it took 14 yrs to do things the right way. I always focused on the supplements before. What combinations work best to bulk, combinations to cut. I'm not compensating my lack of diet and training with higher doses.

    Thread high Jack over.

Pinning is definitely a great example to follow.

He pulls no punches on advice and critique and practices what he preaches.

    Hugh,
I remembered you posting what and how much previously, and I went back and looked through your old thread to confirm I was correct. I was. I am not trying to start a fight with you or offend you. I just assumed this is a newer stance you have taken, and that is fine if that is what you want to do.

"Never" is not true. You did not discuss a "lot of detailed info on that" <---- true enough.

But I read just about everything you ever posted because you have the more interesting logs, and I remembered that much. As somebody else mentioned above, you were gigantic before starting "the other."

Yeah Ive never had to go crazy with it. I see some of the guys around here running massive amounts and sorry they look like shit. He's big into soccer. Plays multiple leagues, indoor and high school. He's pretty good. I train him on occasion.

That is whats most important bud. Diet is everything. Gear is just a tool.

jesus. you seem like you need a got you moment. so have at it. but if you use your brain to read the two comments Ive made to you, pretty sure they both say "rarely." Rarely and never are two very different adverbs.
