Mrs current tonight. Technically her start point. She has 1 more day of her 10 day antibiotic. She has always held a ton of water on them so she will drop probably 5 lbs of water as they clear.

That's great that she's almost done with that antibiotic. Was that a Z-Pak she got? I had taken that before and it really knocked down a nasty lung infection I had last winter.

No Zpak, it was a 10day antibiotic. Had to go harder as it had already moved to her ear by the time she went to the Dr. She is getting back to form. Little better every day


Mrs had Off/Cardio Day. I did 50mins fasted cardio with her. Then ate and trained legs. Today was high volume/pump flushing day for me.
