Further than that, I’m ripped the f**k up now. My core is insanely cut. My tri’s are kinda meh. But I’m seeing a huge improvement in my pecs. I have muscle where there was none. Thanks to HP and Malfeasance for the meal planning tips. They really helped. I’m eating like a monster now. I can definitely see myself hitting 175 by summer.

No deadlifts, my back is shot from skating. It’s not ruined, I’m just nervous to put too much strain on it.

You're not 3%, more like 7-8%. Very low bodyfat indeed. You need tons of food and basic lifting 3x a week.
