I am making this post in both gc and aas logs forum as to get the most views and hopefully the most input and advice from those of you more experienced. I’m relatively new to AAS and been running test and tren at mostly caloric defecits Sep-Dec and greatly improved my strength and body. This new protocol was recommended to me by someone on the board who I trust and value 100% for my body and goals when I decided to get off tren due to the mental sides. I’ll leave it up to him if he wants to take credit. I’m currently 6’3 225 and can bench 295, my squats and deads are weak still due to lower back issues but working on it.

Protocol as follows

125/125 TPP/NPP blend M/W/F for 375 ew ttl
200 mast e 2x/week 400 ttl
200 eq 2x/week 400 ttl
10-25 mg cialis ed
.5 mg arimidex eod
300 mg p5p eod

Diet is currently in a light defecit and experimenting with using MRP shake products with lots of real food ingredients to try and make calorie tracking easier.
 
Did pullups and chest/shoulders today with leg raises planks and 20 min hiit on the elliptical at end. Kept weight low reps high at least 3 sets of 15 as I’m bouncing tonight. Flat benches, dumbell inclines, overhead press, pullups, lightweight curls, pulldowns, rows, and cardio got covered. Did first pin of new gear yesterday and will be on m/w/f from here out. Post workout was 5 grilled chicken tacos with homemade tortillas fresh cilantro onions and radish. Not sure but I think I feel a little more relaxed as the tren is clearing my system. It’s probably also worth mentioning I’m 32 and my natural levels were complete shit before I touched gear.

Damned if I’m not getting sick again. It’s hitting the 40s here in south FL and were all sick snd miserable. I should say more about me and my goals here. I’m a bouncer and bodyguard and do not compete and have no intention of doing so in the near future. My goals are to stay around this size or even go a bit lighter while improving strength mobility and speed and carrying a toned beach body for the ladies. So I’m not trying to get as big as a lot of the guys here. I would like to one day bench 405 and be able to at least squat what I can bench. I have a problem with anterior pelvic tilt/weak lower back. and been working on it with stretching.
