I am making this post in both gc and aas logs forum as to get the most views and hopefully the most input and advice from those of you more experienced. I’m relatively new to AAS and been running test and tren at mostly caloric defecits Sep-Dec and greatly improved my strength and body. This new protocol was recommended to me by someone on the board who I trust and value 100% for my body and goals when I decided to get off tren due to the mental sides. I’ll leave it up to him if he wants to take credit. I’m currently 6’3 225 and can bench 295, my squats and deads are weak still due to lower back issues but working on it.

Protocol as follows

125/125 TPP/NPP blend M/W/F for 375 ew ttl
200 mast e 2x/week 400 ttl
200 eq 2x/week 400 ttl
10-25 mg cialis ed
.5 mg arimidex eod
300 mg p5p eod

Diet is currently in a light defecit and experimenting with using MRP shake products with lots of real food ingredients to try and make calorie tracking easier.

Save the mast , you aren’t lean enough in my opinion. Mast shines as a hardening agent when lean.

I don’t know your actual goals or history but I’d up the tpp/ npp blend to about 200-225 eod which would be like 1.6 1.7 ml and I’d add the 200 eq with it so total shot would be about 2.7 ml of oil m/w/f totals

This would bring eq to 600 a wk, npp to about 600 and Test to about 600 run for about 12 wks then pct or cruise back to maintenance .

This may be more advanced and again I don’t know your history but that’s how I would run.
.5 mg of arimidex eod is good and keep an eye on prolactin from npp maybe keep some caber on hand.

Eat clean proteins and clean carbs , supplements are just to supplement stick to your egg whites, eggs, lean top round type steaks, chicken breasts, white fish, salmon at night , etc and clean carbs like white/brown rice , sweet potatoes, oats, white potatoes etc.

Get the diet in check , make sure your blood work is on point before blasting and then stick to consistency in terms of training and getting all meals in.

Those are my 2 cents .. from a NQ bodybuilder.

Keep working hard toward your goals, didn’t mean the mast comment as a shot or anything I would just wait until leaner to use it. With this cycle I’d plan on not being in a deficit and just eat clean foods for a clean bulk to let these compounds shine and add some quality muscle to your physique. You can cut up and go back to a deficit when you get back on tren in future but I’d personally add some more muscle to your frame first by eating clean good meals 5-6 a day plus pre/ post shake and making sure calories in a surplus but keeping an eye on mirror to make sure not adding fat too fast and adding muscle.

I appreciate your input. Anything that can help me learn more is welcome. I should have posted more about my goals. I’m not intending to compete in BB though I respect the fuck out of people who do. I’m a bouncer and bodyguard and my goal is a lean aesthetic physique with lots of strength and mobility/agility. I’m slowly coming around for diet. I don’t eat junk and gave up alcohol but haven’t managed to afford diet coaching yet and measuring all that food down to the last calorie is a bit much for this meathead. It’s alot easier to eat in a defecit for sure based on my TDEE. Also experimenting with whole food based MRP products. I had imagined the mast for libido strength and well being on cycle but i’ll mention this post to the man who put this together for me and see what his thoughts are.

Did pullups and chest/shoulders today with leg raises planks and 20 min hiit on the elliptical at end. Kept weight low reps high at least 3 sets of 15 as I’m bouncing tonight. Flat benches, dumbell inclines, overhead press, pullups, lightweight curls, pulldowns, rows, and cardio got covered. Did first pin of new gear yesterday and will be on m/w/f from here out. Post workout was 5 grilled chicken tacos with homemade tortillas fresh cilantro onions and radish. Not sure but I think I feel a little more relaxed as the tren is clearing my system. It’s probably also worth mentioning im 32 and my natty levels were shot before I got on gear.

Man, another couple weeks on the Tren and those Abs would be popping... definitely made great progress, excited to see what you do on this one.

Glad to have you once again FL. As I mentioned many times, I'm impressed with your hunger and desire to the grind lifestyle. I'm also very proud of you for taking the hard step in quitting alcohol. While Me Green's point is valid, there is still valid reasons to incorporate Mast into this run. The mental well being,anti E qualities as well as the ability of Mast to jack up your free T is plenty enough to keep it in your protocol.

Damned if I’m not getting sick again. It’s hitting the 40s here in south FL and were all sick snd miserable. Hope this one doesn’t turn out as bad as the last. Fuck winter. I should say more about me and my goals here. I’m a bouncer and bodyguard and do not compete and have no intention of doing so in the near future. My goals are to stay around this size or even go a bit lighter while improving strength mobility and speed and carrying a toned beach body for the ladies. So I’m not trying to get as big as a lot of the guys here. I would like to one day bench 405 and be able to at least squat what I can bench. I have a problem with anterior pelvic tilt/weak lower back. and been working on it with stretching.

50-200 is pretty routine depending on the gig. Once I get my class G armed certification I will be able to carry concealed and get into vip escort which can pay very well esp with tips. I get 50 for a 3 hr night, 75 for a 4 hr night or 100 if im in charge of other guards (like at a event etc). Also sometimes 17 /hr some gigs. I’ll get paid better once im armed. My new look helps a lot in the field. I’ve had to grab drunks people on drugs etc luckily I work at Mexican joints and I tower over most these guys and can pick them up like kids. Never had a real fight(On the job) but im sure one day....

You’ve come a long way from your first pics in your other log. How do you feel overall? I get run down if I blast at high levels for too long. Taxing on the body. I call bullshit on not running mast by the way. That bro science bullshit. Mast will help with free test and just the overall feeling is good. Hairline not so much.

I feel like shit right now but it’s due to low temperatures here in south FL. I can’t tolerate anything below 60 and these 40s cause involuntary spasms total appetite loss and repeated respiratory infections. The tren was starting to make me feel like a Lord of the rings villain just too much rage and disgust for people, no patience for my loved ones physically I feel 100 times better than when I was fat with low t. All the comments from people who only see me once a month or every two months really make a difference and keep me motivated.

Weight is falling under 225 in the mornings and bouncing back there when i hydrate. Gotta go brave the cold for work a few hours wish me luck. Gonna go spend the night with my sweetheart and get a different kind of workout later on.

Different effects I think I feel from the NPP is arms are feeling tighter and biceps feel meatier when I flex. Fascias feel tight like shit wants to grow. This combination im running now should put some quality lean mass on and give me a more chiseled look and help with the flatness.

Sup bros I’m feeling better. Did a quick, intense chest and shoulder workout with some biceps. I hit 8 reps on incline dumbells with the 85s so didn’t lose any strength with being ill and out of gym. With a spotter im sure i could handle the 100s. We are warm again in south FL so should be good from now out. Check out the bicep delt and abs 😀. The new cycle has me feeling full and strong during the workout and I don’t miss the extra edginess from the tren. Bp is going down. Body fat continues to melt.

Having gc in my corner has made a huge difference. My diet ain’t perfect though it’s not terrible just disorganized, and I train really hard til muscles fail just like in the joint only with real weights. Trainer at my gym said it’d take a natty with dialed in diet/training a year to make the changes I’ve made in 3 months. I know that’s just he said she said but I’m loving all the comments from people who know me. I officially have the tightest waist of my life, fitting into my old sean john 34 jeans i could never get into comfortably!
 
I'm excited for you bro. Diet is important but don't get so caught up in it that it controls your life. Enjoy some cheat meals and have fun with it. Truth be known, my diet is so so...in fact, I often eat 2 Krispy Kreme donuts or cocoa pebbles pre workout! Now that your getting your diet in check, it's time to really educate yourself on how to use AAS safely and become an expert on bloodwork. These are the things that set long term users apart...wisdom and education. Concerning GC, I hope it's evident to folks that the company cares about its customers well being and not just closing a deal. Keep up the good work!

Mast is my favorite compound and one of the most underrated AAS. I bet you feel like a million bucks!!!! You may not know this but Mast was used for Breast Cancer treatment for women for many years.
