Here yee here yee!!!! Witness history as Lokthan gets abs for the first time in his life!


Today was day 1 of the Shreddy Spaghetti blast.

Just got done with

1-8 800mg/wk deca
8-11 800mg deca/wk + 500mg test cyp/wk

Now we are on:

700mg mast prop/wk
50mg Tren Ace EOD
.5ml tren/EQ base preworkout
200mg deca /wk
500mg test cyp/wk

.25mg adex /wk
Caber on standby but will be buying prami to substitute when needed.

Diet is still what we ran for deca log, so we are still in a surplus for a little bit longer. Can’t give away details but just like the previous log I will keep everyone up to date on calories and macros.

Training will be cardio / higher volume training.

not that im not still fucked up but you get what im sayiin lol

I only do if I'm using a 27g slin pin for small shots. I'm of the "longer is better" mindset. I use 1.5" for quads, glutes, delts, and 1" for everything else. I prefer the longer ones because they're more forgiving when you wiggle around, they have more flex to them by quite a bit
