Alright I had a amazing workout today, I did chest and tris, I took 40 mg of Dbol with my 4th meal at 3pm I was working out by 445 pumps and strength was amazing, I haven't been lifting heavy like I love to for a while now due to tendonitis in my left elbow and shoulder pain in both my shoulders, I blame this on the fact that it's been around 6 years of training with nothing but barbells and dumbbells, my joints have takin a beating, I use alot more machines and cables now and go heavy but not to heavy, BUT tonight I lifted pretty heavy I pyramid up to 375 on flat bench today for 4 reps droplet to 315 for 5 225 for 5 and 135 for a grip lol, now I was hitting the same last year but it felt good just getting the weight off me, the other day I was squating 375 for 5 witch is great for me since my squat sucks, it my main workout on leg day, I'm gonna get huge legs or I'm gonna fuckin die lol. Well enough rambling tomorow is back day so were gonna try some heavy shit tomorow, here are a couple pics from tonight along with my post workout meal stuffed meatballs with chedder and jalapenos,white rice and veggies ,
On my next leg day I'm gonna try my 40 mg of Dbol and my 50 of anadrol pre workout prolly fucking get killer headaches and cramps lol
