Well just talked with my coach. He assures me I am lean enough to start the Bulk and wants to continue as planned and start upping calories at the end of the week. So thats what we will be doing.

The cycle wont start until the following week when my gear arrives, so until then will just keep everything as is and slowly increase calories.

Time for a nice shower and to kick back for the night so we can do it all over again tomorrow.

BOOM!!!!!! Yet another amazing training session is logged and complete. Hit some Arms and Abs tonight. Felt great and put in the work and got it done.

Was feeling a bit sluggish before I got there, but as soon as I put my hands on that cold Iron everything faded away and I was in my zone. You guys know how that goes.

Here is how it went down

Tomorrow is a rest day. But who knows I may go do a little something.

Went in to Tan this afternoon and ended up hitting some Abs while I was there

Super set 3 sets of 20 each Machine Crunches and Laying Leg Lifts.

Got the new diet from my coach today aswell and will implement it starting Monday. Going to up my Test again on Monday too then am hoping to start the Bulk Cycle the following Monday if all goes as planned.....ITS TIME TO GROW BABY.

Here is what the Bulk Protocol is going to look like

16-20 weeks

Test E 500mg per week
NPP 700 Per week (Was thinking 600 but I prefer Ed Injects so just doing 1ml Ed to make it easier)
Tren A 200-350 per week (Gonna play around with it)
Proviron 75 ed
Cialis 12.5Ed
Adex .5 twice a week
Caber .5 twice a week

Really excited and ready to start putting on some serious size...TIME TO BECOME A MONSTER!!! I have a good feeling about this and really think I am going to blow up quick....We shall see.

Just got back from a Killer Chest and Abs session....Felt AMAZING....Feels sooooo good to be feeling full and strong again, after such a long time dieting down I got so used to feeling weak and depleted that I forgot how it feels to be full....amazing.

Heres is how the session went

Db Incline 15,4,6,8,20

Db Flat 15,4,6,8,20

HS Decline 15,4,6,8,20

Pec Dec Flys 20,20,20,20

Abs Super Set Machine Crunches and Laying Leg Lifts 3 sets of 20 each.

PWO Meal= 2 scoops whey, 1 White Bagel, 1 Banana, 1 Tbs PB..Made a PB Banana Bagel...it was fucking wonderful.

Meal #6 will be 4 oz London Broil and some Veggies.

Still just Running 350mgs Tren A per week 350 Mast P per week 500 Test E per week and 75 Proviron ED at the moment...as I said hoping to start the Blast next week where I will add in 700 NPP to the mix...Blast that for 16-20 weeks. Then cut down again and see where we are at.

Whats up IRON ADDICTS!!!!! Yet ANOTHER kick ass session is down and in the books. Tonight was some Back and Abs.

Was feeling pretty unmotivated this afternoon but I NEVER let that stop me...MOTIVATION MEANS NOTHING,DISCIPLINE MEANS EVERYTHING...REMEMBER THAT. As always, once I got in my zone and put my fingers around that cold iron, it all faded away and I was ready to kill it.

Finally felt ready to start deadlifting again after some time off due to a lower back tweak, but seeing as its growing time, deads build the big backs so I had to do it. Felt good too, we will see how it feels tomorrow. But so far so good.

Here is how the session went.

Dumbbell Bent Row 15,4,6,8,20

Seated Cable Row 15,4,6,8,20

Wide Lat Pull Down 15,4,6,8,20

Deadlifts 15,4,6,8

Abs Super set 20 each laying leg lifts and machine crunches.

All around a great solid training session.
