BOOM!!!!!! Yet another amazing training session is logged and complete. Hit some Arms and Abs tonight. Felt great and put in the work and got it done.
Was feeling a bit sluggish before I got there, but as soon as I put my hands on that cold Iron everything faded away and I was in my zone. You guys know how that goes.
Here is how it went down
Db Curl 15,4,6,8,20
Db Hammer Curl 15,4,6,8,20
Rev Cable Curl 15,4,6,8,20
Cable Curl Drop Set 4,4,4,4 etc.
Db Incline Skull Crushers 15,4,6,8,20
Rev Cable Ext 15,4,6,8,20
Y Rope Ext 15,4,6,8,20
Y Rope Drop Set 4,4,4,4,4 etc...
Hit Abs with a super set again 3 sets of 20 each on Crunches and Laying Leg Lifts
PWO Meal = 5oz Chicken Breast Blended with water and 1 White Bagel
Per usual Meal 6 will = 10 Egg Whites, Spinach, Onion, and Tbs Olive Oil
Tomorrow is a rest day. But who knows I may go do a little something.
Will check back tomorrow with some Meals etc..
