    Who can grow the fastest contest official thread

    4 weeks in. Up 6lbs. Day 9 of 150mg anadrol daily. Was sort of expecting a little more but I am battling a small cold.

    bench press 5 sets till failure, from 185 to 225lbs

    incline dumbell press , 4 sets till failure, 85 lbs, 75 lbs, 65 lbs, 60lbs.

    Cables 5 sets of each (15 total) incline, straight, lower.

    3 sets of bosu ball crunches

    Hammer curls, 5 sets till failure.

    Dumbell curls, 3 sets till failure.

    Concentrated curls (2 sets after that couldnt move muscle was way too hard)

    Idk about anyone else but i am finding it incredibly hard to eat enough, ive even loosened up my diet but it feels like i am full so fast whenever i eat, and i am literally high as a kite 24/7

    Today was back and biceps

    3x10 pull ups
    4x10 bent over barbell row
    3x10 single arm iso row machine
    7x10 cable machine row
    4x10 barbell curl
    3x10 hammer curl
    3x10 incline dumbbell curl
    7x10 preacher curl machine

    yesterday workout was chest and triceps
    maxed out bench at 350
    4x10 flat bench
    3x10 dumbbell press
    3x10 incline dumbbell press
    3x10 incline dumbbell flies
    7x10 incline smith machine press
    4x10 rope pull down for triceps
    3x10 close grip bench press
    3x10 triceps dips
    7x10 over the head dumbbell press

    today I pinned in my quad and oh man I got really bad pip. Iíd rather just pin in my sore glutes and deal with them. Where are you guys pinning what size and gauge ?

    25g 5/8" on glutes and ventro i can do 3cc

    slin pin on delts and quads 1cc max
