Had a monster day at the super gym montanari brothers powerhouse in New Haven. Absolutely one of my favorite places to train. Back day was epic. I had a huge breakfast,trained a client then picked up my buddy and head over there.

Bent over end off bench ( like a rear flye) db shrug 4x25 same as above tempo.
