So I'm noticeably starting to get that"tren" look. Shoulders are super round. Very full and strong too. Honestly sides are have been really manageable this time around. I had a bad pin yesterday in my quad. Good amount of blood. It's a bit sore today and swollen. Nothing to do with the gear just one of those random bad shots. It was hard to get in but that's happened before. It was a total 2cc shot right quad. I was pushing it in and it had a mild burn to it. Didn't think twice wasn't really bad. I finish the pin and look to start pulling it out and see a noticeable "bubble". I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. I slowly took it out and soon as it came out blood immediately started pouring out. I was ready with my alcohol pad. That sucker bled right through. So I had another one I covered it with and motherfucker the pad made it burn worse. Today it's a just a small bubble left and minor pip. But man that sucked. Crazy I can have perfect shot no blood get tren cough. Then have that atrocious pin and no cough at all,crazy.
All in all training is going really well. Weight still sitting at 243-245 pretty much leveled out. Been a little stressed with life events going on so definitely cortisol is a bit elevated. Coming off the anadrol end of week too. Final 10 days off this contest im going to hop back on just for that full final touch to end this.
Have a few other details I'm going to be doing and switching to finish my final physique for this. It will be a night tight, big and full look
Tonight I have chest with some accessories on shoulders.

that sucks Chad , Quad pins are tricky, everytime i t try to do more than 1cc i get in trouble 1 way or another , so i stick to 1cc now and have been pip free other than a squirter here and there...

i really want to start pinning Lats

I used to grow one myself, and now it comes in white so I say fuck that makes me look old so I ditched it. My hair I keep in a high and tight now so it helps keep my brainbox warm :)

Started my bulk yesterday. It's crazy how much you want to eat on a cut but then on a bulk you don't even wanna think of food. I'm on 3,500 cals and I'm not hungry at all

I agree, idk why but in my head I wanted 20 but like you said I could just be fat and easily get that haha

The girl asked me why I cut if that's what I look like on a bulk, all it does is make me hangry all the time and being 6,2 it's hard to fill out clothes properly. I think regardless of when this contest ends I'll continue with a bulk to really Put some mass on, for years my fear of not being ripped has stopped me from properly bulking
