Hey guys, I was talking to my father today and apparently his Testosterone replacement clinic gives him an injection E2W. Do you think they are using a longer acting ester or what? I’ve never heard of this. This clinic is so fucked off. I asked him the last time they took labs and his answer was “I can’t remember it’s been a very long time”. My father is growing bitch tits.

My dads every two weeks too. His doc is clueless!! I told him to take the shot every Monday and never go two weeks. He said he hates the shot

Yea man, My father won’t do his own shots. I am so glad I got away from going to that clinic. They are fucking clueless. They are just in the business of giving shots and running your insurance.

I'm willing to bet they aren't using that. Its test C guaranteed.

They are PROBABLY using testC with a shitty doctor. I was posting that more for informational purposes. He really needs to find out what they are giving him and how much. 14 days will bring you all the way back to baseline using testC/E and that is fucking ridiculous.
 
They just do not know what they are doing. Most PCP will screw you up worse with their treatment. Very sad and we see it all the time :mad:
 
What the heck, where do I start? Your father needs to try and convince his doc to let him administer the injections himself. At the least he then can split his dose to a weekly injection, better yet twice a week to maintain his levels. Furthermore he may be experiencing gyno related symptoms and may need an estrogen blocker.
Post up his blood work so we can see what’s going on.

That is correct Undecanoate Is the longest ester available, but I’ve never heard of it being used for replacement therapy.

Agree with everything that you said. I’m actually about to head over to my parents casa so I will speak with him. I will also tell him to give me a copy of his lab work next time he gets some done. He won’t do his own injections, he is a baby when it comes to needles. For a big strong man that he is, needles scare the shit out of him.

It’s funny, being a recovering heroin addict, I have to lay down when I get blood taken because I’ll pass out if I don’t. But had no problem registering that needle and watching that blood shoot back in the rig. So glad I don’t live that way anymore

I got the fuck away from my trt specialist clinic doctor as soon as I knew I had my PCP understanding what was going on and that I had been doing my own labs anyway. Dropped the clinic, switched to the pcp, even got her to switch my script to Asin instead of adex. She even bumped me to 200 when I asked and let's me stay there even though I have naturally low SHBG and my free test is always out of range no matter how much I let my levels drop. My FT is out of range even at 600 TT. The only catch is I have to keep the rest of the markers in range and take a finger in the ass once a year.

It's not common here in the states but very common over seas
 
I definitely think they are not doing something right at this clinic. Talked to him yesterday and he has no idea what kind of Test they are giving him. I'm sure y'all are correct in assuming that it is Test C. It just goes against everything that I have learned here and through my research. 14 days without a shot? If I go ~10 days without a shot, I can definitely feel the effects. These guys are idiots. I want to go with him next time just to ask him these morons what in the fuck they are doing.
 
I just looked up Undecanoate and thats dosed crazy high and apparently from what I've read its dosed E12W. They are most likely using Test C. which is ridiculous.

It's out there at 250mg/ml. I think PSL has it as well as Geneza.

I think there is a sticky in PSL's section about TU

I do not know of any physicians using Undecanoate. E2W is due to ignorance about half life's.

That is a roller coaster. They shoot him out of range, with the consequent e2 spike, then let you drift in fucked up E2 state because anything but asin will allow the fine tuning you would need on that e2/T curve, and they aren't doing that if they are giving him any ai at all. I would tell them get fucked if it wasn't at least test deca with an ai

Yea I plan on having a conversation with him about it. The problem with my father is that he doesn’t seem to have the back bone to talk to his doctors. I should go up there with him on his next appointment. I’d really love to hear their logic, if you can even fucking call it that, behind the shots every 2 weeks.

Ya, I would like to hear there logic too. Sounds like total BS to me. Testosterone is not something to mess around with. It can have serious side effects and many issues down the road. Hope you get to the bottom of this.
