It that time for me to get my DIRTY BULK on. I got me some GC and it is time to pack on some size. This will be a small log, prob update once a week. Let's just say that I look like shit right now, i was out of the gym for a decent amount of time due to life shit and i lost a lot of weight. Now I'm ready and able.
I say dirty bulk cuz to most of you my diet would be considered shit. But I know my body and for me to really get some size I need a min of 6000 cal per day and once I hit a target weight that will go up. I'm going moderate protein, high fat, high carb and cal surplus. Last year I tracked everything to the T with an app on my phone so I have a good idea of what I'm eating. I'm not tracking this time around. Maybe once a week for my personal to watch my sodium intake.
Diet.. as much as I can eat. Usually around 4-5 clean/planned meals per day and 1-2 DIRTY meals lol, snacking here and there.
You can talk shit about the diet but unless you 6'7" then you don't have experience with this frame. Anyway that's of no mind..
Time to have some fun and pack on some weight.
This is just for fun so I won't be getting to detailed as I start a big project on Monday for work. But I wanted to show Idog and GC some love.

It's a blessing and a curse. A typical doorway opening is 6'8" So if you look up at the top of your doorway that's where the top of my head is. I usually say I'm 6'6" over the course of the years I have learned that it is 2 totally different conversations when I say this. When I say 6'7 it turns into a long drawn out conversation listing to complete strangers about how there cousin or uncle was my size. I get asked about my height usually several times a day, or someone makes some comment they think I've never heard before. The best is when I'm told to watch my head, lmao. Thanks guy, I just woke up this tall today! The only question I like to answer is when the hot girl ask me if my Wang is big to. I simply reply, sweetey everything about me is big lol
Now I do carry it well cuz I have broad shoulders and most guys my height are usually very skinny. But yea, I wear size 15 shoes and I duck all the time but manage to hit my head a lot !
As for the Tren it does sound appealing and typically I would finish this cycle off with a quick ace, mast, Var for 5 weeks but ill be saving my coin to buy more deca, and provi. Maybe by then I'll have some more scratch together.
As for the gear everything looks how it should from a quality UGL. Idog and whoever answers the emails are on point. From my experience and the reviews thus far I feel confident in putting my next blast in your hands.

Not necessarily. We all metabolize Test at various levels. Our genetic makeup and overall body processes dictate how we handle things. The bottom line is we are all different.

I will be running Deca a bit higher than I usually do. I'll post up the game plan soon. Really it comes down to diet. It's one of those things that you hear the vets say all the time and when you have that dialed in then that is when you make REAL progress. When I was early in the game I relied on the gear. But when I decided to actually make my diet the priority and not the gear that is when it really took off.
 
What Six is trying to say is that when he was in his 20's and 30's, he would get crazy. Now that he is in his late 60's, he just sticks to low,moderate doses. His main strength training will come from his Hot Yoga classes. 😂

Sorry brothers, I was in bed early last night. As most of you are still getting your beauty sleep I have been up grinding early. It's going to be a rough week as I start a new project for a higher end client but I'm going to push myself. I'll post up the game plan shortly, I have to get on the road now .
 
Sorry guys. This job is killing me . I wake up at 5am and get home at 9pm. I flew thru my workout last night but that's ok cuz my food intake was good. So I'm trying something different. Well I actually started about 2 weeks ago. I'm trying this high deca low test deal but with a little twist. I'll adjust it as I go cuz NPP kills me sometimes.

1-4 Dbol 50mg
1-5 NPP 600mg
1-15 200mg Test
1-15 800 mg Deca

So this is the outline. I have adex and caber too. So this is close to my normal cycle for winter but the Deca is a little higher and test much lower. If I feel like my beanstalk is not working then I'll go back to my regular cycle and prob throw in some prop for 2 weeks to get things back in order. Hopefully all goes well. If so then at week 15 I'll drop the Deca and add in prop, Tren, mast for 5 weeks. The last time I did a deca cycle then switched the results were nothing short of awesome. I also toyed around with dropping everything but test and adding in a larger dose of var (for me that would be about 50mg of good var)
This summer I might look into doing the same thing with Tren. I was always running higher test for every cycle so this has me curious. Lots of questions for myself that can only be answered if I try it myself. I have the gear, I'm just adjusting my doses. It's not that big of a deal to go back to my normal run if I feel this isn't for me.
I'll post up what my thoughts are so far later tonight.

Quick note. The Dbol is a dif lab, all oils are from GC

Ok so here is an update, I have noticed considerable gains so far but the NPP is giving me a little bacne. I will try and hold out 2 more weeks but if it gets worse then I will lower the dose or drop it all together. The gains have been impressive compared to other cycles I have run but with the lower test I am missing that "God" like feeling and walking around with a boner all day. No real libido issues so far. Another upside is that i do get agitated quickly when I run high test but that has not been an issue. For the most part the only rage I have is in the gym. It's still early in this but I'm Def liking these doses. I'm hoping that when the Deca kicks in that it takes me moving forward at this same rate. I'm growing by the day and people around me can notice it too. I might drop the Dbol because I feel that it is effecting my appetite and that is a big no no for me. Taking Dbol is not worth missing meals for. But I only have another 2 weeks tops with it so I'll give it another week and see how I feel. So far everything has been great except for the bacne but I already knew that was going to be an issue for me.
