So here is some light food prep my gf did for me, I also have ribs and pasta. These are eggs, spinach, Shrooms with sausages and potatoes with pep and Onion.
The other is Ribeye, asparagus and sweet potatoes.
This is 2 meals for 5 days.. Breakfast and lunch #1
I was working with an AE rep getting ready for the contest. We went over everything about me. He didn't want to risk injury and not be able to complete the contest. And honestly I haven't done them since. I have a bad lower back being so tall and the work I do does not help at all. I'm going to be using the same workout routine that I did for the contest. It really works well with my body type and lifestyle.Just read through this log. Good shit here. I'm glad I'm not the only tall guy (still 4 inches shorter than sixsix but still...) who decided BB squats were too big of a risk for the lower back. I had to cut that shit out 6 months ago.

Well I'm already at the end of week 3. I wasn't going to do a log at first but then I decided that I wanted to show GC some love. I looked just like I did in my before pic for the transformation contest. I was in a nasty car accident a few months back and lost all my gains. No gym, couldn't eat, no work, life sucked... It took a min to get my body together. My left elbow still hurts at the end of a routine. Curls at the end of the day are too painful.Throw up some before pics before you start putting too much size on.

So to answer you, I was not going to post pics cuz it was just too depressing for me. After week 3 now I'm up a good 10lbs and almost back to normal size
Thanks brother, it means a lot that you would take the time to say that. I've been thru worse. I got lucky this time, God must have plans for me down the line. I crawled right out of the window, there was a lot of blood but I was ok. My left elbow took the worst of it. That is the one that really bothers me sometimes. It was just the time out of the gym and the lack of appetite that made me dwindle away.Stay strong thru ur recovery big man maybe look into bpc157. Glad to hear ur back in the gym. Ur not the only one battling back from something that knocked u down.

I'm really feeling good about this lab, the NPP seems to be doing its job so far and the deca should be kicking in soon. I might grab some of that test susp that is on sale. I'm just worried about water based. Haven't done it in years and for a good reason lol. But for the price I might get 4 and see how it goes.
Bro the test susp is smooth af. Made extra sure i shook tf outta it and pinned 1 ml with a bit of difficulty theu a 25g pin into vg yesterday with no pip. The bases hurt a little but not this stuff (for me anyway). Gear church takes quality seriously and all of the injections have been less painful than expected. I see people talking about pinning it with a 23g maybe that’s why it’s hurting for them
Actually no, I was in my work truck the next day trying to sort this out. I've been on a stretcher 3 times from car accidents, never my fault. My first one I was 16 and in my first car with 2 friends. It was a small coupe. A guy blew thru a red light arguing with his wife and Tboned me in my driver side. No brakes, full speed, my car spin around 360° lightning fast. The car hit my door so hard that the rails on the bottom go my seat, to pull your seat forward and back, were bent and my driver seat was sandwiched. My mother saw the car and just started balling her eyes out. I should easily be dead 4x now just from car accidents. No joke! You saw the picture, that was the least of the 4 accidents. But yes it does look bad.Yep....God had a plan for you is right.
Tell me bro...after your accident, were you nervous to get behind the wheel again?
That is probably what I'm going to do. I did just put an order in for some of the test susp so I'll try that out and post up my thoughts on it. The tri blend would be nice but financially I might have to use up what I got. But that is months away so we will see what happens lol.Bro...my two cents...keep the Test low (200-275mg) and stay on the high Deca. When your ready to change, get some of our TriBlend(Test,Mast,Tren) and run that stand alone M/W/F for as long as labs look good.
Xxxooo

Every day I am looking better and bigger than before. I lost some vascularity as expected with a bulk but the size is coming on nicely
Yesterday was a bad day. Sick all day, and I don't ever get sick. I was in bed ALL day. Not much food intake at all. But I did learn the value of sleep during a bulk. I weighed myself last night expecting to see it go down a few pounds from not eating. But it actually went up to the highest I've been so far, 242.4 lbs. I'm guessing that it was from all of the rest and slowing down my metabolism not burning up a large number of calories thru out my day. Any other thoughts are welcome. I usually only get 6hrs of sleep and it is what it is, there is just no more time. Anyway I'm up early today, no work, and I'm feeling much better. I'll get my ass into the gym and get back moving around. I should have the test susp sometime tonight so I'll have to try that out tommoro. I also am going to do a bit of meal prep today. 2.25lbs of ground beef mixed with 1lb of ground sausage, long grain and wild rice, fresh broccoli and some cheese sauce. This will make 6 meals for me. My personal chef (gf) is out of town for a couple days so I'm on my own lol
I also wanted to mention that I have been having a little bit of trouble breathing. Not sure if it is from the high Nandro or if it is from the weight gain. This is the most I've gained in a 5 week period.

If only I could get paid to eat, sleep and workout. That would be the life. But seriously sleep is overlooked by many and it def holds true to the old saying that you grow when you sleep.I have the same issue with sleep. Between work and school I average about 5-6 a night. Then, when I have an open window to sleep in, I enjoy the down time so much that I stay up drinking whiskey while watching movies and jacking off to tranny porn.
A while ago, I got sick as fuck and had to just stay in bed for a few days. I lived off protein shakes and bites of boiled potatoes when I could get them down. When I got better, I'd gained 3 pounds and my gf said my body looked better than it ever had. I honestly think it was being able to sleep constantly for a few days. Apparently, all of the magic happens when you sleep.
Glad to hear you're feeling better 6.
A little more DIRTY food prep and tonight's 1st dinner.
It 8oz ground beef and sausage mix, 3:1 beef to sausage
About 1 cup cooked rice
Broccoli
And a slab of cheese (keeping it dirty)
