Mass Attack w/ Uncle Z Bundy74 Sponsored Bulk Journal

Get Shredded!
That's a lot of weight gain. Congrats. What is your blood pressure and resting heart rate?

Hey Malf. Hope you had a great Christmas! I took a read prior to starting this portion of the run and was sitting at 120/84
Still pretty decent range but a little high for me. What I did notice some weeks back was while donating blood the machine would slow down to a crawl because apparently my blood was pretty thick at the time. I havent gone back for another donation so I dont know if its quite as thick but I will take another blood pressure read tomorrow.
Other than than I have been hanging in there and feeling great.
Stay well my man and thanks for checking in.

Happy to finally be back. Holidays are nice but travel is something else and being stuck in an airport for a day and a half always blows!
I will say the delay allowed for some good down time to read thru my previous gym journals. Its amazing to go back and look at where we started and where we are at.
First things first, its amazing to think that since Feb 2016 ive packed on 35lbs and have prepped to the point of competing at 4% body fat. Ive come so far and yet have just as far to go. Like anything else opinions vary and people will always have something to say but the truth is opinions dont equate to results! Ive learned what works for me and how my body responds to different diets or compounds but the key for me has been paying attention to the bodies response. What works for the next guy may not do the same for you so its been really important for me to make those critical adjustments along the way.
Im going to mix up the workouts shortly as looking over these recent workouts its time to add a little variety and confuse the muscle a little bit.
As brief as I consider the bulk season workouts, ive been mentally preparing for a more intense prep type cycle in which ill be hitting 2 a days and in a much more high volume range.
To add some depth to that, for those of you following along, eating and getting those calories in during bulk is my weakness so during bulk time I try and conserve as many calories as possible so i keep workouts short and sweet. As I transition to a competition prep ill not be as concerned with preservation of calories in the same sense and will increase the workouts dramatically. Nonetheless just going to make some adjustments as we ring in the new year.

Keep getting it Bundy! And you know the saying brother. If you aint getting hated on you aint doing shit. Like you said man opinions dont equal results.

Have had some odd workout schedules due to the holiday schedule at the gym. Im sure like most of you its been a cold New Years which always seems to the add to the intensity. Just one of those things that tends to motivate you to go get it.
Feeling great and glad all of this holiday stuff is done. Now I can get back to normal diet and of course look forward to all the new people in the gym fulfilling those New Years resolutions.
Energy and libido are still thru the roof and the endurance and strength are still improving. I took a look at some of my previous workouts and cant believe how much of a recent jump ive made in some upper body movements.

Ahhh yes the near perfect weather out West! Crazy how cold it gets at night in the desert though. Your log is looking great by the way. Thanks for checking in and stay well out there.

Well these last two workouts have been great but more than anything and as simple as this sounds, the biggest change has been the addition of cardio again. Its been months and months since ive done any cardio so the recent addition is a nice change for sure.
As time presses forward I will be increasing the cardio volume and intensity.

I’m glad your cardio is coming back. Usually when I’m blasting tren or other orals my cardio is shit also. What do you think about the Ep igf-1-LR3 ?

Hey my man thanks for checking in. Cardio has been a real nice addition and I look forward to the day where im really prepping and cutting down. Hopefully soon i will get to hop back on the stairmaster. Thats still my favorite cardio go to.
Stay well out there and talk soon. Thanks again for everything.

Been enjoying the additional volume recently. Although its the sheer blunt force trauma in the heavy low reps that packs it on, there is just something fun about these high volume ranges. Still been hitting the treadmill 3 times a week and feeling better for it. Im not doing much in the sense of burning any fat but just enough to get the cardiovascular system moving.

A quick look at last nights chest workout. I am beginning to add in more cable and time under tension work.

IML Gear Cream!
The Euro Pharma http://unclez.ru/6-euro-pharmacies gear is amazingly clean. I cant say it enough! I am to the point in this cycle where things are really starting to come together. I still have the remnants of the Deca which still plays games with my sex life from time to time but the Trest has almost an instant impact on that. The biggest help and addition to this run has been the Euro Pharma IGF. This really has been a perfect addition to the insulin. I have found if taken right after the workout that it helps minimize the crash. More than that though is its ability to cut fat. I had put on some fluff pounds with the up in carbs combined with insulin and found even with no adjustments to carb or fat intake it has helped reduce the belly fat (like most of you thats where my fat is stored)
The cycle is going great and everything is starting to work together now. The confidence is thru the roof and recovery time and endurance are most noticeable. I have said it from the beginning but Trest and Tren are like peas and carrots and should really be run together. I will say my body temp is up. I just run hot all the time now. I have started the gross night sweats again and fortunately at this moment insomnia isnt too much of an issue.
I hadnt checked my sugar/glucose levels recently and had been concerned what the insulin would do to someone who has diabetes in the family. I ran a quick finger prick test at my folks this afternoon and got an 80. Apparently anything under 100 is a great read so im really pleased. (the blood pressure is also back in range, but lets face it Anadrol is likely to thicken the blood and increase the BP, since dropping it for Dbol though, I havent had any other issue)
I will update the journal tonight with actual workouts etc...

Thanks for taking the time to read and I appreciate the support!

Ya bro Deca is a double headed monster, does wonders for the bulk but can wreck your libido and erections for sure. I ran into that but seriously this trest is almost an instant boost to the libido. Its like pinning viagra in your pee hole..haaaaa j/k but yes its a great compound and the perk is the benefit of the increased libido and really for me overall feeling of confidence and well being.
Stay good out there my man. Catch up soon...

This last week has not only seen the re introduction of cardio, but ive also started carb cycling again. At the moment im 3 days on 4 days off. Aside this I have been staying focused on the goal and am starting to look at this years contest schedule to really have an end result in mind. I haven't pushed for any additional strength PRs this week but can tell you for sure that the weight I once worked up to is now my warm up. It really is the ability to run thru reps that catches the attention!

Get Shredded!
Had not been able to check out the log in a while. Looks like everything is going good for you brother.

Cant say it enough but I just feel really good. Clear in the mind and just feeling heavy and strong. Not going to lie, I havent stepped on the scale in a few so im not sure what my weigh in today looks like. I have been feeling way better since bringing back some cardio into the workouts and frankly I needed to get moving around again. Aside this the workouts have seen some recent gains but more than that and I say it all the time is just the feeling of running thru it. Ive been looking at the contest schedule for the season and I am aiming for June or July to step back on stage.

Hows the IGF brotha? Still keeping the fat down? What kinda sides you feeling? Log looks great man. Always putting in the time. Cant wait to see the results.

Literally first ab workout in close to half a year!
Had a fun one for sure. Feels good just to engage the core like that again. I will say my cardio still isnt where it should be as I tried the stairmaster and couldnt even make it 10 mins.
I will say I had just hit calves so that explains the shin splints im sure but I just didnt have the wind for it yet. We will get there though...

New week! Thanks for reading and I appreciate the support.

Things are coming together now. Although I recently had my heaviest weigh in, I am really starting to look lean. Although I am def carrying some extra water and fluff weight, the body has really started to respond well to the cycle as well as changes to cardio and carb intake. Although the strength is up, I have still gone with a higher rep count versus low heavy weight sets. Im still feeling mentally and physically great. Its looking like June or July for competition time so more adjustments will be made over the next few weeks. The EP gear is doing right by me for sure! During this recent EP (http://unclez.ru)
bulk run ive hit a few personal bests! I cant say it enough but the recovery time and general endurance in the gym is really most noticeable. Although the water retention has been a factor, it has not been nearly as much of a factor since dropping the Anadrol. The Trest has been a fantastic addition to the cycle. It really has shown itself to blend well with the recent adjustments I have made and has started to work and provide results I would consider closest to Tren. (minus the Tren sides)
Considering this is the largest ive been, I am still blown away by how lean the frame is. Honestly at the beginning of 2017 weighing in at 185lbs and to now find myself at 230lbs I would have imagined the weight much differently. It really is impressive to have the size but to not have that much additional fat weight. (I will run a bio read soon and get an actual break down)
My knee has been feeling as good as can be since the injury last year and little by little ive been trying to incorporate some sort of squat movement into each leg workout.

Standing Hamstring Curl
5x30x15(2)

Front Hack Squat
5x180x20 (baby weight but have to ease into the movement and stress on the knee)

Iso Front Leg Extension
5x55x20(2)

Split Squat
5x135x10

Seated Calf Press
5x200x15

Thanks for reading and I appreciate the support! Shoot I just realized ill be 44 in a few weeks. Really is crazy what we can accomplish once we commit!

Keeping things moving. Got to say it nice to feel the stomach harden up a bit. Since the start of this bulk I had really not done any ab workouts and with this recent change and adding cardio and abs into the routine again, I am starting to get a little shape back into the mid-section. Aside this, things are going well. I will be taking some pics soon to update everyone with the progress.

Really brother thank you. This run has been great for me and I am more than happy to log and hopefully entertain, educate and even motivate some people along the way, but a big thank you is owed to the Uncle family and I appreciate everything!
