    Just another day in the dungeon. Having a good time with this bulk and got to admit its a nice change from the cut life. Felt great tonight during tonights chest workout. Focusing on simple movements right now. Tonight was a little higher of rep night for me but like I said ive started to really feel energized in the gym. Looking forward to this long run!

    Yes its been quick for sure. Personally I feel it the most during sleep and sex. Im doing very minimal treadmill cardio but when I do its a steady state so my body can make the adjustment and get used to it. But im snoring like a diabetic bear and get winded pretty quick. I try not to think about though. Got too many more pounds to go!

    Indeed brother. The fullness is crazy. I dont know if I felt this way in a previous bulk before. Its a constant pump. And although the strength is up, moreover its the feeling of invincibility. That feeling of wanting more and just wanting to rip thru the racks. I previously struggled during bulks because I hate letting go of low body fat and what not but this go round I have really embraced bulking and accepted what comes with it. Tight shirts included! Things are going great and look forward to the upcoming weeks.

    Thatís usually how Tren treats me. I can barley walk up a flight of stairs without breathing heavy. During sex after two minutes Iím asking her to get on top and do all the work lol.

    Keep an eye out for apnea for sure, especially as many more lbs you plan on adding. Get a cpap sooner than later if you believe you're having issues. If you don't want to go through a doc and all that bs you can always get a newer model machine with auto titration and go that rout. There's software you can download and use the machines data to track yourself and really dial it in. Gear+all that added weight+sleep apnea for certain is a bad combo on the heart.

    Crazy how quick the breathing and internal organs are impacted with this sort of weight gain. For now im pretty good, just snoring but as the next 20lbs stack up we may have to make some plans.

    Yesterday was a rest day for me, which was nice as its another day I get to preserve some calories. Today is leg day for me which I am starting to enjoy now that my knee is back on track. Im not in the clear but I am able to perform the core exercises I always did.
    Other than this, im feeling great, putting on weight and strength is increasing with every workout. Def looking forward to making the most of this bulk.
