    So today marks week 1 of my cycle with Uncle Z
    Morning Dry Weigh In 214.6lbs (im certain most is just carbs and water)
    *but that is still up from my start weight of 205 (this week ive been hovering around 211lbs)

    Strength is up and more than anything is rest time. I am just ripping thru stacks now and dont feel the urge to have to take a breather. My lack of cardio is showing as I have already began breathing heavier during simple walks or even sex. I have started snoring again as well.

    Decided to take my blood pressure today and its up for sure:
    Read 1
    133 x 88 (pulse 66)
    Read 2
    122 x 84 (pulse 72)
    Read 3
    148 x 90 (pulse 74)
    Read 4
    171 x 78 (pulse 63)

    Aside the spike in my read, I am feeling strong and as I mentioned just really heavy and full in the muscle. Things are going well with the actual gear. Everything has been well received by the body and have no issues with PIP or other issues. I have been known to have issues with Prop before but this Uncle Sust 500 has treated me right!

    Had a proper back workout last night. I am starting to really feel full. There is just no way to describe it other than the very first time you did a huge scoop of creatine and couldnt get over the pump. Imagine that but it doesnt go away. The weight is up as well as the strength and recovery time. I am starting to hold water and the roundness in the face is becoming apparent.
    I can see where carb control with Slin is so important. For me at least, it just sokes them up like a sponge.
    I am likely going to make the jump back to double body part split to maximize the time in and out of the gym. Ive been on a single body part routine for a while now and think its best to change it up.

    Thanks Skullz and yes the weight is slowly starting to add up. Im at 217lbs already up 12lbs. My weight will obviously fluctuate in a day but these pounds have been sticking since I hit 211. The insulin really soaks up the carbs and I feel like i lost any abs overnight. But im rounding out well..even the face
    How things with you and eyeguy? Have you two started your cycles yet? By the way, yiu guys will love AZ. We lived in Scottsdale and it was some of the prettiest weather and surroundings ever.

    Things are great with us. We are waiting to order and start once we get to Arizona. We will be there in 3 weeks. So Nov 10th the order will be put in and start right after. Still have to find gym and get settled and that stuff. That's some crazy weight gain. Like I said I am 5'8 205 probably 15% I need to lean out before I bulk. Plus always warm in AZ. So cant be fluffy. I want to get to 10% or at least see my abs before I add some weight. Just have to find TRT doc when there since I have one here and it goes through insurance which is great for me.

    Morning Weigh In
    217.4lbs

    Well I am feeling great and starting to fill out nicely. Just really rounding out. Obviously the abs are going goodbye for now but the trade off is thickness which is ok with me. Ive really come to accept im just going to be carrying some additional fluff over the next months. It will be worth it once I start to peel back the layers and see what we are working with. Of course thats months and months away but nevertheless, the idea is to swole up as much as possible leading up to the cut/prep for the stage.
    The Deca, Sust and Anadrol are kicking in and im starting to feel invincible in the gym. No issues at all with the gear, no PIP or other issues at all. Just been smooth sailing with Uncle so far.
    The X factor in this cycle will be Insulin for sure. This has contributed greatly to size and fullness, but I can tell me stomach bloats a little more frequently than usual. Just going to have to continue to observe and make adjustments as necessary. Still at 10IUs PWO.

    Had a fun shoulder workout last night.

    Still trying my best to get in and out of the gym within 45 mins, an hour at most. I am very aware of the surplus of calories I have built up so I try and conserve them whenever possible.
