    Cool

    I am still messing about getting my split worked out with in a realistic and productive template that can meet my goals and is realistic to My busy life.Yesterday I went with an upper body day with the notion of doing pretty high volume for chest and back and not having to worry too much about the arms.

    Jump sets are still of interest to me and helps to get a lot done in shorter amounts of time.

    One set for chest ,rest a minute and one set for back and repeat.

    8x leaning forward chest dips alternated with 8 sets of behind the neck chin-ups.Midway through these i used a weight belt with 2 25lbplates.50lbs total.

    next up 4 sets of dumbells flys alternated with 4 sets of bent over dumbells rows using two dumbells instead of the single dumbells row version.

    I moved on to 3 super sets of ezbar upright rows and bent over dumbells rear felt lateral raises.

    ..........

    In the end I knocked out 3 super sets of single arm concentration dumbells curls and single dumbells overhead dumbells triceps extension.This pair up I enjoy.

    I am still getting into the groove of meal planning and eating basically a lot of real food.The big one is getting used to eating atleast 1000 calories first thing in the morning when I wake up at 6 am.That being said I am building up my caloric intake but being mindful of eating decent food rather than junk but I will say I am indulging more on things I usually never touch.I will keep my lines but the definition will understandably go away for the time being.

    Proviron is the only thing at the moment being used and I would say I am one week out from starting The actually gear I have planned.I am considering mk677 or another peptide combo as well.
    Hope The asf crew are having a decent weekend.

    Yes they seem seem to work well with atagonistic muscles.I plan to try staggered sets as well.

    4x chest movement
    4x backmovement
    4x chest movement
    4x backmovement
    and so on.

    Today I am once again good to go.High reps.I picked one excercises for legs and this was with a simple weight for barbell squats.20 rep squats.I did sets until squats were down to 6 rep sets using 225lbs.

    Nice and simple..and brutal.

    Good news for me I am joining a decent gym.Last few years I have done my own thing and have had a good setup of the basics.Winter is on the way and I'm not powerlifting anymore.This go round I will be committing once what I considered a sin and be using a lot of machines and cables for my bulk.Lovely hammerstrength and such will be good for me.As well as an indoor pool and sauna.Im waiting it out another week and then it begins for me.You know it is fun again to plan everything out just perfectly as far as cycle,supplements,training facility and my training phases.I am very excited for this.Soon the thread will become interesting.I have also decided that I will be using 300mg of Nandrolone a week along with my 400mg week test base.The blast portion of the equipoise is gone to be a thrill and great.

    For shure brother.Actually looking forward to dialing in the time under tension and isolating the muscle groups.Its been dumbells and barbells for me a good long time.I am going for maximum hypertrophy and really don't plan to put any focus into strength this run.
