Have you ever seen those guys that walk around with fake lats? Its always funny but it got me thinking. Whats really the best way to get those wings to spread? I have stuck with T Bar rows and Pulldowns but feel like there are some other movements that will make those wings fly.

What are some of the movements you guys are using?

The stretch, the stretch is very important on back movements. Let the scapula extend and when you’re pulling squeeze the scapula together. Squeez!!!!

Wide grip pulldowns work high on the lats, close grip pulldowns work low on the tie in. Rows are more for middle of the back and thickness, not on width.
