Least Favorite Body Part to Train

Calves... even with all the years of boxing i cant make legit progress with them. In fact my rear leg due to boxing is much larger than my lead leg given i push off it and have since i was a kid. Any advices?

Ditto. Also for me it is hard to get my forearms to grow. My genetics suck:(

I ditched straps for a bit when training for strongman competitions and after 6 months I noticed a noticeable increase in size and muscularity in my forearms. Also grip strength was improved dramatically of course.
